Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as its convenient location near public transport and city attractions. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as issues with insects and unpleasant odors. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it overpriced or limited. Overall, while the staff and location were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and some amenities are needed.
