Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to the train station. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several reviews highlighted the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. However, some guests reported issues with noise, especially from events or the nearby station, and a few mentioned that the breakfast could be improved. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its atmosphere, service, and accessibility, but noise and breakfast variety are areas for potential improvement.
