I liked the room design and flooring. I was very pleased with the room overall. Very clean, great breakfast.
The people in the room next to me (to the right of my room in the hall) arrived in the room about midnight. They were loud and totally unaware I could hear everything they were saying.and doing (slamming microwave door, hitting ice bag on counter, etc.) One put his wife/girlfriend on speakerphone, and I heard everything she said! I finally went to the locked adjoining door and asked them to please be quiet. Then they settled down. But they were up about 5 am, waking me up again.

The bed was comfortable.
There was no phone in the room to tell them about the air conditioner , Couldnt get on the WiFi on my lap top, stains on the comforter breakfast was bland. There was no tv channel pamphlet.

The pool, the cleaning staff. The front staff was a little disorganized but it was ok
No hot water. At the most it was Luke warm..

First time to blindly allow a computer to pick my hotel so the price was nice. Just needed a place to change clothes and freshen my makeup for an interview.
Location. I kept driving way past where I needed to go for my interview and I still was not to my hotel. Quality of the place concerned me. Didn't want a bed bug issue just due to a quick stop in a hotel. So, turned around and I got a room elsewhere
