I expected much more from the Wyndham Albuquerque
The folks that stayed at the hotel were nice
When you put Wyndham and Suites together you expect much more. Wyndham must have just purchased hotel. This is what I found wanting. 1. no attendant for breakfast, trash everywhere, tasteless 2. one very slow elevator 3. none of the entrances other than the front worked at night 4. gym had no towels and equipment was ancient 5. employees were like zombies, no spirit
Clean room. Nice staff. Great pizza place right down the street and 7/11 right outside. Felt safe and was happy with my room
Hawthorn Suites Albuquerque
Good price, good breakfast buffet. Nice pool, easily accessible location.
Not suites. Slightly seedy location, building is showing its age.
Has the value of a $70-$80 range hotel but cheaper.
Very comfortable, easy to get to, very friendly. Extremely clean and quiet-- just perfect for us. Thank you and we will be back.
Couldn't find anything negative.
Quick one night stay
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. Breakfast was ok.
The room was clean and adequate. We just wanted a comfortable place to sleep. Sadly, the in-room air conditioner was quite loud and the pillows were fat foam things that hurt my neck. Perhaps the staff could have brought something else, but it was late and I didn't realize the problem, so I didn't ask. Bring your own pillow!
The front desk clerk, Gabby was super nice and helpful.
They need waffle maker for breakfast.
a real life Breaking Bad experience
there is nothing to like about this hotel expect that it was close to the airport
the view outside my window was a man sitting in his car in the parking lot shooting a needle in his arm . I felt like a was watching an episode of Breaking Bad.
Nothing terrible, but nothing special
The location was very close to I-25. Beds were not uncomfortable.
The breakfast buffet had very limited choices, with dry scrambled eggs probably made with dried eggs and with bland hash brown and tater tots.
Dirty bathroom. Hair everywhere. Dead roach.
The room was clean and simple. i will stay again the next time visit. My father was at another more expensive hotel and had one more night in the city and actually booked a room for the last night on my recommendation. The have a free hotel shullte and its only $8.00 for a cab ride if the shuttle is busy.
I like the free breakfast. They had a good veriety to choose from. Parking is free and easy to get to room. It really was the best value I have had as a world traveler.
Room smell .. Old building .. NOT A 3 STAR...
The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful, as was the morning desk person. Close to the airport. Fine as a basic hotel.
The hotel is quite far from the center of town. The shuttle drivers were helpful to get me to town, but there was confusion about whether this was ok (the desk person was unfairly annoyed at the shuttle driver.) And the coffee machine at breakfast broke - there was no regular (caffeinated) coffee !!
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are very well designed and maintained, the breakfast is for a hotel in this price range excellent.
The card readers for entry from the parking lot were vandalized and not operable.
Good value. Easy to get to. Everyone was very helpful.
Staff was very helpful in recommending an excellent restaurant. Hot breakfast exceeded our expectations. Room was average but very clean. Wifi worked fine with laptop.
