Pros: It was clean. Parking very good.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Single room but it had a lovely view! Everything was in order and was good.
Cons: No complaints
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice to suit all tastes. The staff were helpful and we recognised many from previous stays. One downside, which was not the fault of the hotel, was that people kept leaving the lids off the hot dishes, when they had served themselves. We like the smallish sitting-room off the reception. It was fine when we were there, but would become crowded if the weather was inclement, or the hotel full. The choice of food in the evening was good, and the pre-dinner buffet good on most nights. The luxury of having clean bed-linen every night, and nice towels.
Cons: Without 'nit-picking', there was nothing we did not enjoy, except being put the first night in a very small room. We asked to change, and this was arranged. We could have coped with the room, but had no shelves or drawers to put our clothes. This room had adequate hanging space, but the shower was very small, without a shelf to put toiletries on. When one closed the door to use the shower, one could not reach one's shampoo/shower-soap which was on the floor, as there was not enough room to bend down. We are both of average build and height. We also had a modern sink, with no plug.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, right by the sea. Huge windows in breakfast restaurant & we loved watching the sea, feet away while enjoying a very good breakfast, with lots of options. (The crema croissants were some of the best croissants we’d ever eaten!) Roof terrace on 3rd floor was one of our favourite areas, lots of space, comfort & wonderful vistas. La Prua Restaurant is excellent, good food & service & especially magical when you have a table on the sand, feet from the sea. Small private beach area & sun terrace (solarium) good too, though both of these incur a charge.
Cons: Parking can be a problem if you have a car, as if you have to pay for parking - which is quite likely as there are only a few free spaces outside the hotel - it is about 25 euros a day, quite a big additional cost on a 2 week holiday. We were advised that there was free parking on some of the roads in Alassio, but you have to find a space & we were a bit wary of this if it wasn’t near by, plus the hassle of finding one. Having said this you can get by without a car here, as there is a train station in Alassio & local buses if you want to explore, though obviously this gives you less freedom where you can get to.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything and everyone! Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were renovated and always clean.
Cons: That the beach entrance fee was not included, and neither was the parking. Beach was 25€ per day and parking was 20€ per day
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Loved the terrace
Cons: Nearby noisy construction Mosquitoes
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast Room with sea view Double different air conditioning areas
Cons: I do not like when you Parking you must leave the keys to let someone drive your car and I choose not to use the Parking of the Hotel and parked outside, my car has emergency devices and drugs for emergency medical doctor and to leave the key to a young person is dangerous
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find and unload suitcases in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location. The breakfast room is absolutely stunning with the sea crashing onto the rocks next to you. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, modern bathroom facilities even if the space is small. Would stay there again.
Cons: The room is a typical Liguria style room so rather small which made it a bit cramped for us with all the baby stuff but we made it work. My brother's room was bigger though the same category so maybe just bad luck for us. There was only 1 gentleman working the front desk and he would answer the phones while in the middle of helping us which made everything take longer. Understandable but because we were on a tight schedule was a bit annoying but really not a big deal.
6,7 Good
Pros: The valet parking is pretty convenient and the sea-view suite is quite comfortable.
Cons: The non available but advertised private beach kind of ruins the complete stay. Every morning you have to check for a spot at the other hotels, because the private beach of the Hotel is very small and unlike the other hotels you don't have a reserved spot. If you are lucky and a spot is available, unlike the other hotels you have to pay (Euro 35) for it and from our experience the guests at the other hotels are much nicer. Every morning we found a spot at the Hotel Lido, which we can really recommend. Much better food, nicer guests and better staff at the beach.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room very spacious and staff very friendly
Cons: Beach facilities had no bar available Beach is not included in the hotel price Shower really tiny

Cons: :-)

Pros: We found the hotel very calm, quiet and beatifull. A very good experience :-)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Alassio is a nice little town with many shops and restaurants. Residence Le Terrazze is located directly on the beach, but also in the center. So you have everything you need. The rooms are nice and the service excellent. I highly recommend the place!
Cons: There is nothing to complain about. It doesnt happen that often in Italy, that you get so good service in such a nice place. We were very pleased with everything.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The best experience of staying in this place. the location is fantastic, the apartments are comfortable and very clean (that is so important to me), there is everything you need during your stay in Alassio. The hotel is right on the beach, you don’t even need one minute to go, and the train station is five minutes walk. the owner is the best host ever! He is so nice, friendly and helpful. He gives wonderfulI tips. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing to complain
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have being coming here for the past 5 or 6 years. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by the owner, he is always very friendly and accommodating. The staff are also very friendly and are there for your every need. The hotel is right on the beach and the shopping street so you have the best of both worlds. Right next door is a cafe where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino while taking in the views of the ocean. The hotel has new modern Smart TV’s and fast internet connection. We looking forward to going again next year.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely terrace looking onto the sea. We had an apartment with two bathrooms, The building is right in the centre of town and directly on the sea front.
Cons: Our bed was a sofa bed, which was a little less comfortable but not bad in any way. During the evenings at the weekend you can hear the cafe's and bars when leaving the widows open.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was second to none, right on the front, in the centre of the town. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgable.
Cons: Only minor points, but no kettle in room, or ironing facilities in the hotel.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very good brekky
Cons: Nothing really
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfy. Location was very convenient and close to the beach (5 minutes walk), city centre, restaurants and bar but far enough not to hear the noise from the street or the music at night.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Had a room on the top floor (highest floor for guests, the house has one more level which isn't accessible to visitors) with view to the road and partially to the beach: great view to the sea. Large balcony, fridge, spacious room. Apart from some noise from the street (but hey, it's Italy), the house is really quiet.
Cons: No table on the balcony (just two small chairs). Air con blows onto he head of the bed, so you cannot use it when you sleep (at least, we couldn't). At booking.com the propoerty is advertising that pets are not allowed, but they just not admitted in the dining room. Luckily to us, there wasn't any guest with a dog during our stay.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms. Would definitely go there again.
Cons: Nothing especially but had a problem getting a glass of wine in the bar at 10pm. Night man said they didn't do it however it was on the drinks list. Confusing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good quality - Location is very close to the beach, nice touches like free bycicles
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained hotel with very helpful staff, excellent location, free bikes. 100%!
Cons: Being very well located it can be a bit noisy, although the modern double (or is it treble) glazing takes most of that away and certainly at night it is not a problem at all.

Pros: A wonderful family-run hotel - totally recommended.

Pros: I wish every hotel and staff were like this. It's located on a sandy beach with only a boardwalk Separating the hotel from water. Shopping and 1st class restaurant's are everywhere. And it's easy walking distance to the train station.the staff is multi-lingual and extremely nice and competent.
Cons: The bed is a little firm for me, but there's so much to do I think you'll be to exhausted to notice
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great view and seaside location. Beatutiful room at 5th floor. Very welcoming and helpful staff all aspects at all times.

7,9 Good
Pros: I liked the location and we had our sons wedding there so it was very nice but the food was not good at all. To be for a wedding dinner it was very bad! I liked the staff but the lady in the reception was not very nice and did not understand English
Cons: The food could have been much better but the breakfast was very good.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It is a well managed hotel in very good location, great Spa
Cons: Charge of 30€ for Garage is a little high in relation of room at 180€
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Upgraded on arrival. Husband had a very good Swedish massage. Great coffee. Location amazing right on the beach and sound of waves at night.
Cons: Not a good selection of vegan or gluten free at breakfast items. Croissants and pain au chocolats vanished in a flash... had to get in there quick. After having seated ourselves inside noticed that we could actually have sat outside and when I asked the waiter if we could change, he said no...... Not exactly the client is always right attitude...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great: location, room, staff, breakfast.
Cons: WiFi: wasn’t on when not in use!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A very beautiful and noble hotel Very friendly staff Directly on the sea Cosy restaurant and bar Great spa area
Cons: The spa area is also great, which is very sad that two goldfish don't even have a real aquarium and no real plants. Animal cruelty attitude, very bad. The bed was not so comfortable for my taste. Also a kettle in the room would have been nice.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, perfect location, amazing views out of the window, super relaxing spas. I wish I could go there more often!

5,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the location and the reception, but in contradiction ,with the outside image of the hotel the room is very poor.
Cons: We didn’t like the room , is very poor, old furniture and design. The breakfast is low quality, also the coffee were bad . The only cooked thing is the omelette but i couldn’t eat because of the smell. .They invited us to have the breakfast in another room , in the back of the kitchen and the breakfast room was empty. Maybe because we were with 2 small kids... in the same room with people with dogs .

Cons: The breakfast was a bit light for our taste.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, very clean and confortable. Staff very nice. Good breakfast, even with products without gluten.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

8,3 Excellent
Cons: The booking.com website says parking is available, which suggests you can drive to the hotel. You can, but you have to drive along a crowded pedestrian precinct with everyone shouting at you. And although there is apparently some parking in angarage the reception staff were reluctant to give me the keys and i had to park in a dodgy square some half mile from the hotel.

Pros: Friendly and flexible staff, allowed modification to our reservation even it was fixed. Location is good, close to beach and center, but still quiet area. Pros: Very kindly and helpfull staff. Perfect location. Calm.
Cons: The scrambled eggs should be more fried:-)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice and friendly personnel. Good breakfast and people at the restaurant. Clean and cosy room with everything working as expected. It was not our first time at Alassio but the first time we decided to try a hotel a bit away from the beach front, hoping other things would compensate for the need to walk for 5 minutes. And our expectations were met in a very positive way. Also, during our stay all guests we ever met were well-mannered. It may be a coincidence but that certainly added some positive emotions.
Cons: A bit challenging to locate the entrance when travelling by car. Hotel's bikes look too tired and there are few of them.

Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: Preferably duvet over blanket
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Requested parking, but staff advised that due to the length of our visit and the availability of parking outside the door, that it would be cheaper for us to park outside. Room was very clean. Good location. Nice breakfast in the restaurant with great views.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Staff
Cons: Way way way too expensive. Definitely not worth the money
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Dinner was ok, but not fabulous. I wouldn't recommend it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, good food, walking distance to all the bars and restaurants..
Cons: Pillows were a little too hard for our taste and a second coffee machine at breakfast would be good as there were always queues.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good food, location
Cons: Quality of service at the restaurant
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The position was just perfect
5,4 Okay
Pros: Sea view on 4th floor
Cons: Beds were horrible. Booked for a full double bed and got two twins side by side not well “attached”. Ending sleeping with a hole in the middle. No hot water during our stay. Could be interesting in summer definitely not in winter time.

4,5 Okay
Pros: The location was good next to beach and the breakfast was very good in catering for my wife’s gluten intolerance
Cons: The hotel is not 4 star or anywhere near it. The decor is dated and the rooms are scruffy. The head boards of the beds are material with staining. The floors are worn. The bathroom had been updated but with a cheap plastic bath with the toilet badly positioned so you had to squeeze around the wash basin. The price was for a four star but facilities weren’t. As well as the high price guests were expected to pay an extra 30 euros to use the hotel beach. Give this a miss
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location directly on the beach and the beachwalk. Fantastic view out of room with sea view. Easy access by feet to all city locations. Staff very friendly and very fast in response. Also off season all beach facilities of hotel still in operation. Breakfast very rich. Barkeeper very friendly and reasonable prices.
Cons: Fitness and Wellness closed for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) as the appropriate employee was out of office. Would have expected a back-up solution.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Right by the beach 5 seconds away
Cons: Lack of information on hotel and surrounding
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beach 5 seconds away very nice

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the beaches and restaurants.
Cons: The staff were not very warm with us but maybe it was the language barrier.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the gym
Cons: Breakfast not well organised
7,5 Good
Cons: It would have been useful to be informed about the fact that all the sun chairs at the beach were completely booked for the whole holiday period, instead of using that as an advertising point for the hotel. We had to walk 1-2 kilometres to access the beach, despite the fact that the hotel was only 100 m from the water.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location one block back from sea, but with sea view roof top terrace, our room on top floor also had side sea view balcony. 20 minute walk from station, lovely comfy bed. Loads of restaurants steps away and hotel gives discount vouchers for a few of them along with loads of other information.
Cons: Nothing to do with hotel but if going to Alassio note only tiny public beaches so you need to pay for sun beds we found (in September) from 25 euros for two.
