Pros: Actually everything :)♡ e.g. fresh made omlets in the mornings.

Pros: The chef made the omelett in front of you after your wish for breakfast. My request for a nice room was recognised.

Cons: It took a while before I could order my drink for dinner. Once I had finished 50% of my food before I got my glas of wine.

Pros: Excellent selection of breakfast, lovely pool & sunbathing area, free air con, reasonable priced mini bar in the room, full length mirror, comfy beds, friendly & helpful staff, views from the balcony high room rear view :)

Cons: People reserving sunbeds with towels, busy main road faces front of the hotel so ask for a room facing the pool at the back!

Cons: We exchanged 4 emails with the hotel's staff to arrange the room for a romantic evening and we received a room with no arrangements and two separated beds.

Pros: Everything was good I was very happy at this hotel. The price is very good for the services. The food is varied and delicious. The staff was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent close to the beach. Close to Alanya cable cars, markets and restaurants. The hotel is 1 km from the marina and the bars. Cleanliness is the nicest thing in this hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The terrace with mountain views is fantastic

Pros: Very nice, clean and modern hotel, very nice and helpful staff, they care a lot for their clients. All inclusive with quality and diversified food every day. Terrace with varied activities every night and table service. Our vacation has been great. I will recommend the hotel to all my friends.

Pros: Bed and room not what we looked for. Bar staff not very friendly and no poolside music other than yoga or aerobics going on.

Cons: Room not being fully cleaned or glasses and cups not being replaced when used and fridge not being stocked each day.

Pros: Already for 3 years every September we visit Xperia Saray Beach Hotel for 11-13 days. Great location. From one side is Alanya city center and from another it is beautiful Cleopatra beach. The rooms was really clean, food was pretty good, sweets were very tasty. Big thnx for great service to Artur in reception. Casim massage in SPA was also good, very professional. Animation team tried to their best. I also recomended this hotel to my friends. All my friends was also happy for this hotel. Good choice for this price

Pros: Hotel location is very good. Near to Kleopatra beach and main street who wants to sunbathing and shopping. Hotel is small but quite nice. Rooms are modern style but not very new. Most of personal was polite and understand English. There is not of food choice but taste was very good. Overall was nice stay. Who wants to quiet vacation the hotel is perfect.

Cons: Our room was up to outside toilets so in summer I think the smell is not good. If you stay longer there is no activity at evening.(only some music in outside bar) TV channels should be better in case you want to stay in your room at evening. We had some rainy days there for was very boring. Wifi sometimes was working sometimes not. Rooms were cleaned every day but in my opinion the quality was very bad. In many times I cleaned myself over. Big disappointment was the day before we were leaving we asked for breakfast or lunchbox for 7am. Usually breakfast starts 7.30AM. They said no problem but on the leaving morning they did not let us in restaurant and no lunch box for us too. Reception guy was sleeping on the on the couch in the lobby and only said “sorry they forgot”. So we left for on an empty stomach.

Pros: Very good location, close to the main street and Kleopatra Beach. Rooms are clean and nice furnishment. The meals are perfect for me, I found everytime that I could eat well.

Cons: The staff in the hotel bar often texting their phones therefore I had to wait for the drink. That is the only negative point. Other staff (reception and Bulent from restaurant) are very polite and nice!

Cons: One staff member was very rude! we were sitting in reception having a drink it was quite cold so we sat at a table which was near heating although someone had left two plates with food on them after about an hour the guy behind reception loudly asked me "why I leave plates here it's not the kitchen" I pointed out to him they were not our plates and that they had been there for an hour or more. With that he took the plates and left them on another table within the reception area!! Also we stayed 4 days and there was no housekeeping at all not even fresh towels

Cons: I was overcharged 17 gbp by this hotel when i raised it with them the manager said take it yp with booking.com. No attempt was made to rectify the situation, all but two of the resturant staff consistantly made me and my wife feel unwelcome seemingly because we were a young mixed race couple on our honeymoon. Reception staff generally unhelpful

Cons: Remi Hotel is not 4 star due to the following: - the staff are not professional at all and have no clue about service standards. The only good thing is if you are a young female then you get lots of attention and free coctails as I noticed with some guests. - food standard and variety is low - room conditions including lighting is very poor - the facilities including the swimming pool is poor - no evening entertainment - bedsheets and towers are stained

Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is very close to the sand beach, there are shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The ropeway to the castle is very close too. Food is good, practically no queues in the restaurant because the process is organized efficiently. Wi-fi is not bad.

Cons: Beach towels and safety box are for an additional charge, so if you don’t want to pay extra money, take your beach towel with you or buy one in Alanya. Soundproofing could be better in the rooms: you can hear noises from your neighbors.

Pros: Remi hotel location is magnificent, it is very close to the beach, aqua park, Damlatas cave, Alanya teleferik/cable car, many restaurants, shops, and city center. The food is great, very well prepared and tasty, there is many different meals to chose from, all meals are served as a buffet. The hotel has a pool which is clean and well maintained. Our room was little bit dated and somewhat strangely shaped, but we had a balcony looking at the pool. The hotel does not have a private parking, but they usually keep few spots in front of the hotel for their guests occupied so there is always a way to park the car. Most of the stuff does not speak English, but they are always ready to help, and very polite.

Cons: I would not talk about those utterly personal complaints like how comfortable were the beds, or how soft were the pillows because those are extremely personal and can not translate to all of us, also it is very unrealistic to expect that hotel pillows and beds will suit all of us. Some of us like those to be soft others not so much, so no point in complaining about things like this. With that being said the beds and pillows were nice for us. Objectively there is only two things we did not like about our stay at Remi hotel: First, air-condition was working in a sense that it blows cool air, but it does not respond to temperature change so there is only ON or OFF, and 3 fan speeds which was simply not enough for comfortable use. During the day it was relatively manageable, but as we fall asleep it was simply too cold, or too hot by turning it off. Our solution is to use one of the big towels to regulate air flow, this was not very elegant solution but it somewhat worked for us. Second, although there is no smoking in the hotel and in the rooms, smoking is allowed by the pool and outside the lobby so basically this means that all around the hotel it is one large smoking zone. It is very unpleasant by the pool, and what is more important it is impossible to open the balcony door or enjoy on it because of the smoke. I understand it is Turkey where smoking is some type of cultural behaviour, but this was the thing that made our stay little bit uncomfortable so I will mention it.

Cons: I was in this hotel 7 years ago and everything was perfectiito. Now everything changed, there was not anything nice, in restaurant never anybody not come say hello or ask what we like to drink, so I drink 1 week only water cos other drinks you can get only in bar and bar is little far -until I go to there take example Coca Cola = it takes time and my food goes gold. Same time I see example with finish people serving people was very nice, just with us 7 days same acting, same we are stone or empty place: I travel 3 years every month to Turkey but never before didn’t meet that kind of acting. Never again same hotel

Cons: We arrived mid of Sep, were informed that we will have to live in the nearest hotel of poorer quality (shower not working, awful state of walls, doors and furniture) for 2 nights. We insisted on a room in Remi and was provided one.
