Pros: Nothing but exceptional! This bed and breakfast is meticulously maintained by the owner. An historically preserved landmark where you can walk to any variety of restaurants. Our Tea Rose room was perfect with king bed, TV, private bath. Breakfast was prepared by the owner that included countless delicacies ... all freshly prepared! The dining area included the entire cold weather protected front porch. Wine and cheese are served every evening. Coffee is available at all times of the day. Every detail is taken care of! The surrounding grounds of tropical plants, trees, ponds had chairs, swings and benches to rest on with a view of the 2 fake alligators peeking out of the water! We loved our stay!

Pros: Nice and clean, big room. Very comfortable.
Cons: The AC was a little confusing to use at first. Other than that, this room was perfect.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was convenient to UF Neurology Center for appointment. Good selection of restaurants in the area.
Cons: Booked King Suite with sofa bed to be used for disabled daughter. We had stayed at another Springwood in NC and liked the room setup. This room did not compare. To open the sofa sleeper it butted right up to the foot of the king size bed and left absolutely no space to maneuver around the room. Luckily we only had to stay one night. We were disappointed in the setup of the room.

Pros: that it is totaly non-smoking
Cons: hallway very noisy

Pros: Friendly, accommodating staff.
Cons: Horrible eggs for breakfast. Not much for those on gluten free or low carb diets. Shower never got hot. First room was rank smelling. We were told internet was free and a five dollar charge developed on our bill because our phone evidently signed into “upgraded internet.”
7,0 Good
Pros: Just about everything met my needs and more.
Cons: I talked with the desk rep as I departed. A number of high school athletes stayed at the hotel over the long weekend. Some of them were in rooms either adjacent or near mine. Upon arriving back at the hotel at night, they loudly raised hell for one or two hours. I suggested checking their room(s) for damage. I doubt that I was the only visitor who mentioned it.

Cons: The guest room doors do not have a soft close latch so the noise of slamming doors is jarring. Even the housekeeping staff slam the doors. I mentioned this to the front desk and they did get the construction workers near my room to quietly close the doors

Pros: The room was great, we got a double bedroom with one having a king and the other two queen beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was an equipped kitchenette and nice sitting room. Plenty of room and separation for the whole family. Also clean!
Cons: For a three star hotel and the price we paid, the breakfast was terrible. They served waffles and french toast with no syrup but said a truck would be there later (after breakfast). There is a Target next door! Be warned the evening social is only M-Th.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The size of the room & price was good. I got the 2 bedroom suite.
Cons: The hotel wasn't very clean, the hallways were dirty, the lock on the master bedroom was broken.

Cons: I love staying here, just a better variety of dinner choices!!
6,0 Good
Pros: Location, room size, front desk staff and friendly housekeepers but the room wasn't well cleaned.
Cons: The kitchen staff needs better guidance. If the breakfast finished at 9:00 but a guest still doing a waffle is extremely rude to take the syrups of the buffet. Just inform the guest the breakfast is finished and ask him if he would like something more!
5,0 Okay
Pros: not much
Cons: every time I travel I always choose Homewood suites I think they are the best but this one in particular looked kind of dirty the breakfast room tables poorly cleaned the room bath and toilet poorly cleaned, some guest complaining about bed bugs.

Pros: Staff was friendly and suite was clean and comfortable
Cons: Seemed a bit worn
7,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was quiet and the room was okay...the clerk checking us in was very nice and tried to help a bad situation with the sleeper sofa.
Cons: The sofa bed springs appeared to be very loose or broken. The mattress was very, very bad with mold and/or stain on the underneath; also tears in the mattress. NO fluff to the mattress made it unbearable to sleep on. The clerk got another mattress but the sofa bed was far too old to accommodate any person trying to sleep on it. In general, Hilton needs to provide a better sofa mattress or not advertise as an extra bed space! The breakfast was okay but not as good as other Hilton hotels I have stayed at.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall good experience. I will recommend this hotel 100%
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean, roomy, and good breakfast ( needs to add bacon to breakfast bar).
