Cons (-) The entire place was disgusting, homeless sleeping outside of the office. The room was gross, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, the covers had detergent on them, the one and only towel had been used to remove someone’s makeup. The a/c never turned off. Cons (-) My colleagues laptop was stolen when he went to office other guests also complained of stolen items. Laptop was recovered two days later without an apology or anything.

Cons (-) I prepaid, but they sold all rooms including mine when I arrived. I waited 30 mins while the receptionist cleaned a room that another guest had complained was dirty. Another guest complained they had bed bugs in their room, and they were offered a room voucher and were sent on their way at 1am because there were no more rooms. No other compensation. Terrible.
