Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and satisfying breakfast options. Many appreciate the beautiful views, comfortable beds, and convenient access to the lake and city center. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, small or poorly equipped rooms, and outdated facilities. While the service and breakfast stand out as highlights, improvements in room maintenance and overall cleanliness are needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
