The business feel of service. Organized luggage in overhead bins could have been better.
The flight was 1.5 hours delayed. No food nor entertainment in this flight
The food was not good. The chicken was dry. The seats are to crowded.
The crew members were very cordial. We wish even a small snack would have been offered at no charge.
The inability to purchase food with a debit card.
We were loaded onto a bus from the gate, that remained stationary for at least 20 min. While the doors remained open, it was still warm and very close quarters! There was no announcement as to the cause of delay.
The flight was 4 hrs 35 minutes long, the good and beverages didn't come to us until over 2hrs into the flight. The boarding was confusing as the employee flipped the sign right before boarding started, which confused everyone, she was very apathetic.
Flight delayed, no food included for a 6 hour plane ride. Seats are incredibly small and close together. Very uncomfortable.
Lufthansa may just wait in Munich for 11 hours. Our flight to Marseille should’ve been at 11 AM but we did not leave you like until almost 10 PM. I will never fly Air Canada or Lufthansa again.
Full flight with a newer aircraft was comfortable. Would like to see some complimentary snacks on a flight over 4 hours. The flight crew was very nice.
Turnaround time for our flight into Munich to our connecting flight to Marseille was too short and because Montreal the Munich flight was delayed. We missed our flight to Marseille. I will never fly Lufthansa again. We spent 11 hours sitting in the Munich airport, waiting for connecting flight.
I will never fly with Air Canada again. Our flight to Montreal to Munich was delayed. We missed our connecting flight to Marseille and we’re stuck in Munich airport for 11 hours. I will never fly Air Canada or Lufthansa again.
The crew was very professional, and pilot was excellent
Bitte nicht immer Poulets mal Rindfleisch oder Schweinefleisch Danke! Ich bin schon 8 mal nach Kanada geflogen mit air Canada.
Nice smooth and short flight to Montreal from MSP in MN. Would Have liked more foods. And wider seating.
I waited almost one hour for a w/c that had been requested when I arrived at Dorval airport causing me little time to use the restroom and purchase liquids before my departure as I was very dehydrated. So many employees just hanging out with each other with apparently no duties to perform while I was waiting for my w/c. It took so long to get me through immigration. I was not advanced as a single passenger through the line as well as through security. A dramatic change since my prior travels..
There should be a charging port in the airlines for our mobile phones.
They were having “flow control “ issues in Boston per the overhead announcement by flight staff. So they boarded us, had us sit for several minutes l, then made their flow control delay announcement. Then pushed away and went and parked the plane with us on it, outlying of the way…. Were we darker for 1.5 more hours. 1625 departure became 1810, avoidably lengthening everyone’s trip, messing up connections and ground transportation for arrival. Poor.
Flight was late, then they kept us in the plane because the crew wasn’t available to let us out. So if you have a tight connection it will become impossible.
A lot of CAT. Anything you can do about that?
My wheelchair was sent somewhere else, it wasn’t at my ending destination.
The food could have been better.
The staff went over and above to accommodate all the carry on luggage.
Oarding process and seat comfort
When the plane us full check your luggage for free, not enough people did & it was an ordeal to find space for everyone in the overhead bins, they ended up forcing people to check it, I was glad to do this,& get to board in zone 2 as a thank you
We were frustrated about the way they treated us as Star Alliance Gold. No early boarding and we had to argue for priority luggage.

Easy check in and boarding. Bags waiting for us when we got to baggage claim.
In flight entertainment is complex but extensive. The flight was 2 1/2 hours late-initially announced with 20 min delay-. Appears to have been weather related. Check-in staff very helpful. Needed wheelchair assistance-efficient in Boston, slow but very helpful in YUL. Given the delay would have appreciated refreshments on plane (more than a tiny packet of pretzels). Plane was clean and apparently in good condition.
Flight was operated by United but Kayak didn’t tell me that so I ran around three terminals trying to find out what the information was. The flight was delayed 30 minutes for a tail problem. The flight was in the dark - no canon lights so impossible to read. The stewardesses said it was normal to have no lights on during a night flight at 8pm.
On board Air Canada flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air Canada assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
