Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many appreciate the beautiful gardens, tranquil atmosphere, and comfortable rooms. However, there are mixed opinions about cleanliness, with some mentioning areas needing improvement, especially in the pool and older facilities.
