Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant concerns about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, pest issues, and unpleasant odors. Several guests also noted broken amenities, such as elevators, air conditioning, and appliances, as well as misleading listings regarding available services. While some guests appreciated the convenient location and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, the overall experience was marred by maintenance issues and a lack of proper cleaning. Bed comfort and room size received mixed feedback, and amenities often did not meet expectations.
