Guests say
Guests praise the hotel's prime location, historic charm, and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast is frequently highlighted as excellent, and many guests appreciate the friendly and professional service. Comfortable beds and well-designed rooms add to the positive experience. However, some guests note issues with outdated facilities, inconsistent service, and occasional maintenance problems. Noise, small room sizes, and disappointing breakfast for some are mentioned, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially regarding location, ambiance, and breakfast quality.

Pros (+) Booked this hotel because of the location and lower cost, was surprised to find it was one of the top luxurious hotels in Zagreb. The hotel was located right near the heart of the city and in walking distance to most landmarks. Rooms were nice and spacious with a great bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and attentive.
Cons (-) Hotel charged 24 Euros for breakfast, but we opted out as there are many bakeries and cafes close by where you can get a nice breakfast for for 2-3 euros.

Cons (-) The king bed was amazingly hard, we actually checked to see if it wasn't a box spring.
