The beds n services were excellent . Laundry was very very expensive
Very less choice of healthy food selection . Also the food n drinks very expensive
Beautiful resort, very clean and well maintained. Pools were great, loved the waterslides. All the restaurants on the resort were delicious. Spa was incredible, highly recommend doing a spa treatment if you stay there.
Breakfast buffet was way over priced, $48 per person which we found out after we ate. Ordered lunch at the pool our first day and a salad and burger and a beer it was $70, so everything was very expensive
Loved the beach, pools, location, grounds, spa, concierge service was great, if you had a complaint they addressed it well, music in lounge nightly, shops are walking distance, Luau was great, Very accommodating last day-our flight was a red eye and they held our luggage while we enjoyed our last day there. Overall nice place.
Transportation-Shuttle service needs to be better-not available until 9 am Restaurants- Huma Huma needs more on their menu-what we had was small portions for large price-staff are friendly, Bistro-staff are not overly friendly or seem happy to be working, Large hotel- our room was a mile away from everything-would book a room closer next time for more money, signage could be better for getting around-many guests agreed they were lost for a few days getting around-many dead ends in hotel, breakfast buffet lounge-ordered Eggs Benedict from menu and was super runny-but they accommodated you well by letting you re-order or make an omelet from buffet. Night Club would be nice-nothing to do after 9 pm.
The staff was ver courteous and the resort was very clean...
The main pool was under construction and I was not told about it until I checked in which was very disappointing.
Very friendly staff. Bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Very nice property. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort’s stretch of sandy beach is ideal for soaking up the sun while the gentle waves were made for beginning surfers. Activities at the resort include snorkeling—the best is found at the beach’s southern end, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Gear for all can be rented on site.
Guests can explore the surrounding area by checking out one of the resort’s complimentary beach cruisers. An arcade/hangout spot allows kids to burn off energy playing video games.
