Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the sea and city, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff, though some report negative experiences with service, particularly at reception and maintenance. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests noting poorly cleaned rooms and bathrooms. While the atmosphere and amenities are generally appreciated, issues with air conditioning, parking, and room maintenance were also reported. Overall, the positive aspects center on the location and breakfast, but service and cleanliness require improvement.
