Pros (+) Service from Renzo was excellent.
Cons (-) Very disappointing customer service from the management, reception, and restaurant staff (with the exception of Renzo, who was excellent). As is normal, I had some simple requests and some questions, but I was treated as if my requests were very strange and that it was very inconvenient for them.
