Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the train station and main attractions, making it very convenient for travelers. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going out of their way to assist guests. Many reviews also highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, a common complaint was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage to upper floors challenging, especially for older guests or those with heavy bags. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great value with a welcoming atmosphere, but guests should be aware of the stairs.
