Pros (+) This is an old Soviet hotel. My room was $18/night and was good value. The staff was really nice, and the location is terrific. The room (incl. bathroom) was very clean, although the carpeting was kind of old and gross (I wore flip-flops). Overall I really liked it and would definitely stay there again.
