Amazing swimming & conference. Easy to park. Restaurants are not so great.
They way the receptionist has handle our room , especially with 3 children:)
To small details that should not be mentioned:)
Nice Hotel with good SPA area and several Restaurants/Bars in same building. close to inner city.
Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. The spa facilities were great, especially if you're traveling with children. The location isn't right in the centre of town, but there are regular buses right from the hotel many times an hour, and the spa complex offers multiple places to eat so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. There is a 24h kiosk in the lobby as well as a few small grocery stores within walking distance. In addition to bathing, we enjoyed the Superpark adventure park. The park is targeted at older children and adults, but there was plenty to do for my two-year-old also. There is a small play area by the spa entrance. You can play miniature golf at the hotel in the summer months. We didn't try any spa treatments, but it looked like there was a nice selection available.
The room could have been cleaner. One of the complimentary hot chocolate packages had been ripped open and one of the cups was dirty, and my toddler found a piece of candy on the floor that the cleaners had missed. Overall the spa looks a bit worn and dated, but this didn't really bother us. You should bring your own toiletries because the room only has a shampoo/shower gel combo, no conditioner, moisturiser, etc. The hotel also had a rubber ducky in the room, but it cost 10 e to buy. Many hotels with bathtubs have one of those that you can use when you're staying. It would have been nice if my kid could have played with the rubber ducky and left it at the hotel because I didn't actually want to buy yet another one. Maybe remove them altogether and just sell them at reception if you want to charge for them? Like most places like this, things tend to get a bit restless at night, so you might encounter a few drunk people if you go swimming with your kids after six p.m., just a heads-up to parents.
Friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours.
At breakfest no bags with standard black tea???????? Only green tea and vanila tea..... Standard entrance to swimming pool should be included in room rate.
