The hotel is Good but location not good. You must rent a car only. It so far from JR or metro subway.
Bed and bedding very comfortable, more so than at other hotels we stayed in. Not noisy at all. Elevator Great breakfast with variety for Japanese foods as well as also suited for Western diets. Baggage storage well organised for pre/ post check in Friendly, helpful staff. Also English speaking Close to Lawsons, bus and good 10 min walk to closest metro. We walked all over including to Cooking st and back and to skytree.
Room was a bit too hot at times as air conditioner and de humidifier limited effectiveness. It did help that you could leave windows open for fresh air. We would have been more comfortable with a 2nd pillow
It is clean and quiet with a decent shower, bed, little fridge, and TV, and the A/C and wi-fi worked fine. I didn't try the breakfast
It has one small elevator for 10 floors so it is slow. There is no view from the room (opaque window), and I could have used an extension cord and a few extra hangers. Also the curtains don't really block the morning light well enough. But these are relatively small concerns.
The quiet neighborhood and proximity to tokyo skytree as well as sensoji temple
Breakfast was so good! Very accommodating staff.
