The room was clean. The location was close enough to kinshicho station (1 station away) for the limousine bus stop. The room had two room keys. The building felt secure. There was a 24 hour laundry room on the main floor (200 yen washing 1 load, 100 yen for 15 mins drying). Relatively close to restaurants and Kameido JR station (east exit).
The actual location is not central to the rest of tokyo. Mostly accessible through the JR Line (limited access to rest of the system unless you do a lot of transfers). The room was extremely small for two twin beds. The twin beds we next to each other, really no different to a double bed. The washroom vent was extremely dusty.
The staff are okay. They can speak English. I like the location.
a room is too small
Amenities is complete. There is even a microwave in the room
Building is old and room size is small
Staff is very polite
The dirty room, the dirty ventilation grids. Such a shame that they assume one will breath the dust they have not cleaned in years just because we are foreigners. Also, this is not a hotel, this cannot be called a hotel. It is a business that rents rooms. That is all. It does not provide the services that normally are provided in a Hotel fee.
