    - GREAT location. Asakusabashi has a direct line to the Narita airport, has a JR line (trains) and a subway line. Really close to Akihabara, and there is a terrasse along the river only two streets away. Great for late-night chillings with other guests. - It basically is all-included (soap and breakfast), you can travel without that stuff which I find annoying to deal with. - The kitchen is well-maintained and fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, pans...), so if you wanna save on restos or if you wanna buy your own breakfast, you're good to go! - The guests are very friendly and (usually...) respectful of the silence in the dorm floors. It would be nice to put signs to underline dorms are expected to be quiet, but as said earlier, the main source of noise is the staff! If traveling alone, you will probably make friends!

    - The breakfast is sometimes bad; they do not do fresh boiled eggs everyday, so there are days where the eggs have stayed out the whole day and night at 35°C... I got one which yolk was grey and smelling so foul, I threw it out right away. Health hazard! The bread was sometimes hard from having stayed exposed for too long. - The beds are not done when you arrive, you have to do it yourself, including putting the blanket in its cover and the contour sheets on the mattress! - The check-in process is simple and straightforward, but they will ask for your passport as deposit if you are unable to pay your whole stay immediately. This is highly illegal and unsafe for foreigners, so I would recommend refusing and suggesting something else as a deposit, like your computer or phone, while you go to the nearest 7-Eleven to withdraw cash. - The noise isolation is non-existent and the cleaning crew speaks loudly, so if you are jetlagged and want to nap in the day, though luck! The guests are usually respectful but the crowd is on the rowdy side, especially in the common room. It is hard to find quietness, but that's to be expected from a hostel. - It is said on many websites that there is a hot tub; that's not true. There is a regular tub, that's all! The showers are small and there was only one for the dozen of guys on my floor, but since there was a sento very close (public bath with hot tub), I'd go there instead of showering at the hostel. - The AC was dripping water on one of the beds in my room. They have not fixed it in the ten days I have spent there. (They put tape on the canalization on the 7th day but that's all...) - The laundry room seems nice, but the dryer is absolutely useless. It heated my clothes without drying them at all, they got out as wet as they got in. There is a much nicer laundromat 2 min away, both faster and cheaper (especially if you have lots of clothes since the machines are bigger).

This place was extremely clean. Highly appreciate the staff, they were very friendly. Very close to most of the places by train (1-2 stops).
