Nice place with a small garden to relax in. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Wifi worked fine and showers were hot
Location is a bit away from the main plaza but it’s not a big deal
Well kept property and everything we needed was available. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and met our expectations.
The internet was spotty but we were on vacation that that was not terribly important. There was neighborhood noise of a 10pm drum band parading around town but not an unusual event in somewhat remote towns in our travels. Also roosters in the morning but that too was not a big deal.
Simple and well run hotel with great breakfasts, beautiful furnishings and attentive staff. Nice touches included communal lounge spaces and filtered water in the rooms. Hotel reception were very informative as to the best things to do in the area, and helped us re-jig our itinerary to get more out of our stay. Location was quiet, beds were comfortable.
The triple bedroom we stayed in was at ground level or perhaps even below - there was a view from the room's window, but it was better from other areas.
The warm croissants for breakfast were very nice but a bit of ham or cheese would have been nice as well.
Reception was not available on our first mornig and we worried nobody would be there on our last morning. As we needed to leave early we paid the afternoon before.
Patio Alto is a great place to stay! It’s quite, the need are very good and the breakfast is delicious. The Bread is homemade. In case of questions they help you as much as possible.
