Pros (+) Enjoyed the great staff at this hotel. From personalized cards from the room staff, to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Great job. Definitely recommendit for families.
Cons (-) That we weren't told about the beautiful buffet in the morning. If I would have been toldwr would have stayed for breakfast. I was later told from a family member we visited in Tijuana that their food is delicious.

Pros (+) Nice Hotel good restaurants
Cons (-) My first night there the shower was not draining had to call the plummer and the 2 night stand light wasn't working call the maintenance guy and he said the outlet wasn't working and the hair dryer wasn't working they had it replaced. I request to be moved my 2nd night
