Overview

The Parque Tropical is a smart and well-located apartment complex, set in the heart of Puerto del Carmen on the island of Lanzarote, and is ideal for a fun-filled holiday in the Canarian sunshine. Spend the day soaking up the sunshine on a sun lounger by the on-site swimming pool. Go for a swim to keep cool, or do a little light exercise. Surrounded by subtropical gardens, with a great variety of plants and a cascade, this is a very attractive complex, and the perfect place to spend a relaxing day. Ideally located close to the beach, you can stroll down to La Avenida de las Playas, just 250 metres from the Parque Tropical apartments, or venture further afield to the Biosfera shopping centre. Each of the apartments at the Parque Tropical comes with a living room where you can relax, and a kitchen to prepare your own meals with all the family.

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Cleanliness was highlighted in many reviews, with several guests describing the apartments and pool areas as spotless. Friendly and helpful staff were mentioned, though some reviews noted issues with unhelpful or rude receptionists. The pool area was generally appreciated, but there were frequent complaints about the insufficient number of sunbeds and the practice of reserving them early. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and noise from the street or renovations was occasionally an issue. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay, especially due to the location and cleanliness.
