Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and public transport. However, there were frequent complaints about uncomfortable, squeaky, or soft beds, as well as issues with cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms. Service was often described as unfriendly, unresponsive, or understaffed, particularly at reception and during breakfast. Breakfast quality received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others noting it was minimal or lacking in variety. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service, cleanliness, and bed comfort are needed.
