Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast for its quality and variety. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty carpets, mold, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Numerous guests were disappointed by broken or non-functional amenities such as the spa, pool, jacuzzi, and gym, which often did not match the descriptions or photos online. Service was also criticized, with reports of inattentive or absent staff and slow responses to requests. While a few guests appreciated the parking and views, the overall sentiment was negative due to the hotel's deteriorating condition and lack of proper maintenance.
