Pros:The woman with whom I dealt was a delight. Couldn't have been nicer.Cons:The rental counter at the Springfield train/bus station was not staffed. I called the number and located someone, who advised that they were short staffed. She appeared and was just delightful. But I was a bit delayed by her absence from the counter. Great Car and ServicePros:Easy access, easy drop off. The car was jus what I needed to not have to take two cars to the beach for one day. Price was great. I would totally recommend Sixt again and would use them again.Reviewed Jul 28 2018
