Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the beach, and convenience for exploring nearby attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and poor room service. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with several guests noting dirty rooms and outdated facilities. The breakfast and food options receive mixed feedback, and the extra charge for WiFi is frequently mentioned as a negative point. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
