Location was very good for us as we had family near by
Wi Fi and television were a problem sometimes also little things like no where to hang anything in the bathroom for bathrobes and no fan in the bathroom also.

The staff were so friendly yet still professional, everywhere was very clean and our bed was very comfortable! Ideal location just a few minutes walk to bars beach restaurants etc but far enough away from noise made it the perfect spot . Room was serviced every day too
Well after thinking for a long time about something negative to write I must admit I’m struggling but being very picky we personally would say a little more variety at breakfast , they was plenty there and all very nice but the same each day , it would be nice to have say some sauté potatoes and mushrooms

+ nice location: big Eroski supermarket is across the road, the bus stop is right near the hotel. + responsive and friendly stuff at the reception and bar + clean rooms
- poor condition of plumbing, in the room was the awful sewers smell - small room as for 2 person - quite poor breakfast, it’s better to buy food in nearest supermarket - brazen cleaning ladies(!). As I understand it, they have to do the clean up before 14 PM. That’s why they require (!) let them into room to do it. And it repeated every day. Normally they should do the clean up when there is nobody in room, but an Arab and African women (sorry for this kind of description, no racism, it’s the only thing that I know about them) told me that they HAD to clean up my room whether I want it or not(!). I guess they make money depending on quantity of cleaned rooms, but firstly I don’t care and secondly they are not allowed to disturb me when I don’t want to. I think it is unacceptable, so please pay attention to it.

Paid extra for larger room but still pleasantly surprised. Large room and large balcony. Staff very helpful. Despite being on main road side double glazing very effective and no road noise in room.
