Cons (-) The shuttle never showed up despite 3 calls- noone called me to provide an update as to why- I had to then call a taxi from the airport after 1.5 hours. I missed happy hour! The liquor cabinet was locked because they lost the keys in the bar... no big deal but added to the humor and my room was over a squeaky elevator all night long!!! Ugh

Cons (-) no body respond to our report of the no TV signal and small water flow for basin. We called three times, the lady even told us if no signal then it's cable companies' issue, and I do not think so, cause other room sounds like have TV. The face washing basin water flow are just like peeing.
