Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Several reviewers highlighted the spaciousness of the accommodations. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool being out of service for an extended period, which disappointed guests who specifically chose the hotel for this amenity. Other negative feedback included maintenance issues, outdated facilities, and occasional problems with room amenities such as the TV and air conditioning. Overall, the positives centered on service, location, and room comfort, while the main negative was the unavailable pool.
