Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, convenient location near the beach and city attractions, and the enjoyable pool facilities, especially for families and children. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the variety and quality of the buffet and breakfast, as well as issues with cleanliness in some rooms and pool areas. Some also mention noise from entertainment, uncomfortable beds, and occasional long waits at dining areas or for amenities. Overall, the positives of service, location, and pools stand out.
