Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with staff described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Cleanliness is also frequently praised, with rooms and facilities kept in good condition. Many guests appreciate the variety and quality of food, especially at breakfast, though some note repetitive options or food temperature issues. The pool areas are popular but can get crowded, and there are occasional concerns about sunbed availability and poolside rules. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great choice for its service, cleanliness, and food, despite minor drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
