Cons (-) -I can hear every neighbor -Front desk staff worried more about the telephone guests, than the large line I stood in for 30+ minutes just to check in -Parking lot has a ton of potholes, small parking, mostly always full

Pros (+) The breakfast included with the room was nice. The food was decent. Location was good.
Cons (-) The wall in the bathroom next to the toilet seemed dirty. (splattered looking) ICK!!!!! It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. It was hard to get out onto Market St. at certain times of day.

Cons (-) The workout room needs help.. The elyptical didn't work and recumbent bike needs work... The pool was horribly neglected... The other guests were loud all hours of the night and the room needs updating.. The last day housekeeping left towels but didn't even bother to make the bed...

Pros (+) Staff wasn't forthcoming with information. We found out from other guests the shuttle wasn't working. We were placed on the fourth floor when we had a dog (pets are supposed to be on the second floor) then were questioned by multiple staff about being put on the top floor.
Cons (-) There was some type of alarm going off while we were trying to sleep for over an hour before we got moved to another room on the other side of the hotel. Wel all decided we probably wouldn't stay here again.
