8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely. Place was well kept and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Given a third floor room with steep stairs. Out of breath even tho owner carried my luggage. I had to carry it down. Also breakfast was a croque Mouseiur with maple syrup. Not good for a diabetic. When I refused it I was admonished that I should have let them know the day before. How was I to know it wasn’t a simple buffet. If they knew what they were cooking they could have asked me.

7,5 Good
Pros: Lake view, the beds were heavenly
Cons: Beach hours- though I didn't stay for the beach, it was still fully light outside and it was closed and given the heat it would have been nice to have a dip at dusk before packing it in.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Access to the lake across the road. Room larger than expected and equipped kitchen. Very clean.
Cons: Room a bit dated.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The view of our room.
Cons: Slippery bathtub (you might die if you try to shower) and it will flood the bathroom. Water will stay on the ground even if you tried to clean up. You have wifi only during certain hours . The lake is closed so can't access it. It's kinda far from everything so if u want to get somewhere, take ur car or walk 30 mins unless u want to go to the dep. It's the only thing around you.
6,7 Good
Pros: Room was spacious and it was great having a microwave, toaster and fridge
Cons: The Internet was terrible. No one could access after numerous attempts. The main office said it was working fine but would look into it but never got back to us. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and only one person was able to access the Internet.

Pros: I like the location because it's away from town waking up in the morning and seeing nature is what i prefer.

Pros: Beautiful little town and the hotel was in the Center of the town within walking distance to a lot of amenities. Didn’t get to use the pool, spa or sauna but it looks like a beautiful little retreat.
Cons: Breakfast could have had a little more variety with hot items.
7,1 Good
Pros: We liked everything else and the girl at front desk on check in was awesome .Very helpful .
Cons: We had to ask 3 times for our room to be cleaned by 3 pm we told front desk to forget it and asked for someone to bring us towels and extra toiletries ,we were told to go find the housekeeper on that floor to ask for them .My husband said no you send someone up with them .They came with towels no toiletries then said that the housekeeper was down the hall we can ask for them. By that time we were fed and my husband said please go get us toiletries and that'll be that ...its too bad because If she would have just freshened our room like we begged a $10 was there for her ...

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast wasn't anything worth talking about. The room was fine and the soaking tub was just what I needed.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Not much choice for gluten free.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was clean and a well organized room. Quite charming, old style. Perhaps a bit too out-of-date. A great bathroom!
Cons: The towels were threadbare. And the daybed had very sharp corners, so we had to put soft pillows around the corners to not get hurt but it made the body movements very difficult especially at night and closed up the space a lot. The TV was centred across from the day bed, so not convenient for everyone. The very hard trek up to the second floor with no help! Very hard hard to move luggage for seniors!

Pros: The breakfast was nice.
Cons: If we'd known how far this place was from a restaurant for dinner I wouldn't have picked it. We hadn't ordered the table d'hote beforehand and so had to take a taxi into town at a cost of $28 there and back for dinner. The roads are hilly and dangersous for bikers and walkers. Cons: Because of weddings, lot’s of noise in the room until very early in the morning. Room walls and doors are extremely thin, you hear everything. Rooms are too humid as well. For this price, this hotel needs to remove old carperts and do a major renovation.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a standard motel set back enough from the main street of a small tourist village in the Laurentians. It ranks high on the value-for-money index. Not fancy, but totally clean and pleasant. Some positive points are: a) continental breakfast, not gourmet, but complete; b) many of the rooms have a jacuzzi in the bathroom...nice in summer but a luxury in winter; c) tables outside near the pool for breakfast and snacking.
Cons: Our expectations were fully met.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Well treed area and an attractive cemetary nearby. Close enough to cinema, restaurants. Room was much nicer than I expected at the price.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very cool chalet feel with two levels to the room and what looked like a working wood heat stove. Staff very friendly and helpful. Heated pool we all loved. Great location in walking distance to downtown.
Cons: Breakfast was unavailable before 8am, which means we were unable to take advantage of this. Some lights in our room seemed broken, or at least the switch did nothing for one and the other had a literally broken turn switch. Hmm.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The property is simple but quaint. Heated pool & always clean. The property was very clean We like the area a lot. Close to many restaurants & attractions & beaches. It’s really very lovely. Can’t wait to come back. We always take a room with a hot tub! Also they serve a little breakfast which is very convenient. As well they offer 10% off coupons to various locations to eat. The staff is very friendly ☺️ And a huge thank you to Manon who was super kind & accommodating during our stay here.
Cons: I can’t say that there was really anything that i didn’t like. We have been here many times before & have always enjoyed our stay here. My only small complaint was the girl who was supposed to clean our room never did. But other than that everything is really nice here.

Pros: Price was good
Cons: The room smelled like cigarettes and the office was always closed. There was no breakfast available as promised. So even if the breakfast was offered it must have been after 9 am which makes it useless.

Cons: The biulding is very very very old and dirty, looks ugly, so we even wanted to live without staying! The location is not exactly how it was presented - it located in the town Sainte-Adele, not outside , in the nature. We were looking for a place on the lake or in the forest. Very dissapointed! 8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean adequate room for a fair price
Cons: I would have liked some eggs and sausage with breakfast but the breakfast was fine
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location is the only thing I can say I liked.
Cons: This was our 5th or 6th time at this hotel. Must say the service keeps going down hill. We were greeted by a very rude receptionist. We were clearly disturbing her phone call. We had to come back the room wasn't ready. That part I expected as we were early (even though in the past years the receptionist at least looked and the room was ready). We were told it's the busiest weekend, room will not be available before 4pm. I was ok with that. After check in, we were told that the ice machine was broken. No apologies whatsoever, get your own ice. Once in room find out TV does open and close, the the cable system they have isn't working. Ask reception about, was given 5 different remotes and if these don't work then you have none for your stay as no one on site that actually knows what they are doing!! Then to top it off bedsheets had holes in it and it's not even a fitted sheet so you wake up in the morning sleeping on the actual mattress. God knows who was sleeping on the mattress last. Since last year always issues than nobody takes care of. You can see that staff couldn't care less about the hotel. Some off them need a crash course on customer service and making ones stay pleasurable. We had better service and accommodation in Cuba than in one of the most touristic place in Quebec. If you say it's the busiest weekend of the season, well maybe prepare yourself for it. It's not like this weekend was a total surprise, we've been going there for the last 4 years and the festival celebrated 17th.... time to wake up maybe!!!!

Pros: The room was excellent and more that I was expecting. It was very clean and perfect for a group or family with two bedrooms and a sitting area with pull out couch. Unfortunately it was pouring rain the night we spent there so didn't get the chance to get out to explore at all.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. John was a fine host.
Cons: We have stayed here many times over the years, it is getting a bit tired.

Pros: The spa
Cons: Wish there was more options for breakfast
7,5 Good
Pros: Ideal locations. Very clean
Cons: Air conditioning was super loud and rooms are not soundproof. Guests woke up early and speaking in the hallways. Woke us up.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and excellent place with out doit jacuzzi. Beautiful montain views
6,3 Good
Cons: The property is dated and would need some TLC. I would not define as a SPA as it was mearly an indoor pool, 4 four person hot tubs and 2 dry barrel saunas. The lack of amenities clearly cannot accomodate the number of guests in peak season unless you enjoy taking a bath with complete strangers.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a continental one, would of been nice to have fresh fruit instead of fruit salad (in a can)
Cons: Should of had additional toasters for guests as there was only 1 and a lineup to use it. Restaurant on site no longer available, had to go out for dinner or order in.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The spa
Cons: Tv too small
7,9 Good
Pros: Rooms are spacious for a family of four. Facilities were as expected with pool, hot tubs, and barrel saunas. Kids enjoyed themselves.
Cons: Things are looking a bit old in places. Deck where hot tubs are is rotting. Decor in lobby looks older.
7,1 Good
Pros: Access to the spa and sauna
Cons: Except for the breakfast only eggs bread, croissant and juice were available.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Everything is so bad bad bad!!!! Never ever suggest it to anyone.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Nothing in particular.
Cons: This place needs some serious love...it' falling appart and not worth the price. The deck, pool and hot tubs are outdated..the beds are stiff and not comfortable.I will never go back.
