Location is great! Not far from Moskovkiy railway station and Alexander Nevsky Lavra. Breakfast is delicious. The fireplace is warming and looks luxury. Our room was comfortable and equipped by everything you need
Soundproofing is terrible you can hear everything that neighbors do. As usual in St. Petersburg it smells of damp in the bathroom and the water temperature is hard to make comfy for body.

location, location, location. It is close to metro stations, railway station, and lots of restaurants, and a shopping mall. The staff was friendly, but they spoke limited English.
The breakfast items were store bought and limited in quantity and quality. The warm water was not always available. The hotel was in the neighborhood. People across the narrow street constantly smoke.

Location is very much perfect, plenty local dining places and main station. Lots of transport. Also we weren't annoyed by staff.
A but tiny bathroom. But considering value and location, not a big deal.
