The staff was super nice!
The shower head could use a good descaling and the toilet was stained.
The suite is just like the photo, spacious. There's plenty to do at the resort, zanies comedy club, the panic room, and I loved the heated pool. Also there was much to do outside the resort within a few miles.
There's also plenty to do at the resort, however I didn't care for the food and the rooms can use some new flooring and the upholstery needs a deep cleaning.
Yes the staff was very professional and very attentive to your needs.
Out date little smelly room tv are from the 80s
Room didn’t feel clean. Not even a bedspread on the bed, not a single picture on the wall, water rust stains in the bathtub, a reading light only on one side of a king size bed and the view out our window was overlooking the roof and mechanicals below. HVAC extremely noisy. Parking very difficult due to what appeared to be multiple events with no reserved parking for hotel guests. Pheasant Run needs a major facelift.
