The location is ideal for city travel-only a few blocks from a metro station to go anywhere..3 restaurants within a couple of blocks and a grocery store within 3 blocks. very convenient. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and very nice and helpful.the hotel outer door was locked at night so it was very secure.
The water pressure could have been better and the drains needed cleaning so they would drain faster. reception area was in the hallway instead of in an office so business conduct was audible from the rooms. yes they do have an elevator but it's one of the antique ones that only 3 people fit in and won't fit a wheelchair in it.
the noise from outside. the room door was too thin and people could hear outside what we were talking in the room
Yes. The hotel is decent for the price. It is conveniently located near the metro station.
The beds are small, which is typical for any European hotel.
Good location, easy walk to Termini, friendly staff, room cleaned everyday, nice hot shower and air conditioning that worked, had a nice size room with balcony and patio area, very pleasant and at 55 euro's a day very good value !
The room was clean, big, including TV, small refrigetrator and air conditioning. There was enough space on the bathroom. The location was great close to the train station and subway and not so far of the main attractions.
The first room they gave us was on the upper floor and from there we coudn't access the internet. During our check in, which happened at night, we had been attended by a staff from another hotel that couldn't help us much besides gaving the room key (The building is shared by two different hotels). In the next moring, we've been realocated to the wnd floor room close to the Lazzari front desk.
The staff was friendly accommodating and the rooms were clean and ready everyday.. They allowed us to use the internet to check our return flight time without hassles and complications. The owner was really helpful with providing a map and information about the area. The elevator was convenient and the roof top patio was a pleasant suprise! It was safe and felt very secure in this hotel. Please write at least 15 words
hotel was very clean and walking distance from attactions.
The room was clean, had a haridryer, beds ok. Personall was nice. Lots of restaurants in the are. The area was safe due to lots of government department and a police station. Walkin distance from Termini.
The fact that I (we) had a place to sleep and take a shower. The room (and hotel) had everything we needed for our stay. The Italian breakfast is served in a coffeeshop next to the hotel.
The fact that the hotel (at least our room) was in need of some renovating (bathroom/toilet). A piping-check is also in order (poor water pressure).
Excellent location, unexpected terrace outside our room, charming old elevator, friendly front desk staff
Wi-fi only worked on the floor where the reception desk was
