A piece of heaven in Rome
Excellent service. Clean rooms. All toiletries and coffee well stocked. Polite and nice employees willingness to answer all your questions.
Bed was to hard for me. Hurt my back but I requested a mattress pad the day before checkout. I left my room all day and when I got back to the room the mattress pad was on the bed providing me a comfortable night sleep. Should have asked for it two days earlier.
Front desk staff not helpful
The concierge staff is very helpful.
We arrived at the hotel at noon, after almost 24 hours of travel. We were exhausted. The front desk staff reminded us that check-in was at 2 p.m., but proceeded to allow 11 other couples/families to register and go to their rooms before 2 p.m.. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The front desk did not check with the cleaning staff until we had been sitting there for an hour and a half, and I went to the desk a second time. Not a great way to start a vacation.
Everything was great, from the room, to the staff, to the location.
I liked that the hotel offered us a better room after initially trying to put us in a not renovated room that would have made me leave it at once were it the only choice. I liked that the hotel immediately brought us better pillows after we asked for the hard foam ones in our room to be replaced. I liked the breakfast and the friendly staff
Friendly staff!!! Spacious room(too much for overnight stay), nice bathroom, good breakfast.
Price a little steep for one night.
Located in the heart of the legendary Via Veneto, nestled only minutes’ walk from the Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, and the bustling drinking and dining scene, in the enchanting shopping area among the ancient roman alleys, the perfect location to submerge yourself in the history and culture of this magnificent city. Born in 1900 to host ambassadors staying in Rome, before serving as the American Embassy Library in 1946, a truly historical building, an icon of “La Dolce Vita”.
