Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great hotel and staff. The location is central beach absolutely gorgeous. A little pricey but worth it!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: This is just a spectacular oasis on a spectacular island. The size of the resort is just right, giving you the feeling of being the most important person there, huge space on one of the top 3 beaches in the world, refined breakfast, best cocktails, fancy lounge and just everything that you need to recharge yourself and get in touch with the beauty of life. If I could get back, I definitely would!
Cons: The fact that the two restaurants are more Asian fusion rather than pure authentic Caribbean
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great, bed was comfortable, restaurants were amazing, beach is pristine, and the staff was wonderful.
Cons: It was a little far from town and expensive to take cabs.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Gorgeous beach Excellent property and rooms Great pool area Courteous reception/concierge staff Breakfast
Cons: Restaurants (could have more of a local menu) Expensive (the spa in particular, for largely average treatments) Response rates for calls for room service/housekeeping etc. could improve
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The resort was very nice and the breakfast was great as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful
Cons: The service around the pool was good but didn't compare to the rest of the resort
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This resort was everything I hoped it would be and then some. The ambiance was perfect - beautifully designed, inviting, relaxing and fun all in one. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant and bar provided great tasting food and delicious drinks!
Cons: I did not like the mosquitoes! I used the repellent provided by the resort, but for some reason the mosquitoes were not deterred. They bit me more times than I thought they would.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location, location, location! Great welcome and awesome resort ambiance.
Cons: The staff seem very sad and unhappy. I asked several times if they were ok. This was mainly the beach staff (not Jr) and Pink Bar staff. The reception staff is amazing! The beach and Zest breakfast staff were noticeable less warm, friendly, and welcoming than other resorts. It appeared laborious to serve. I really think a good “Be our guest” or “Up Your Service” brand of service interaction training is critical if the resort will be sustainable after The Ritz opens on the Island.
Good 6,7
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: They charged me twice for my balance of my room they took a 150 deposit in the beginning of the stay. Also charge my card additional when I checked out. Would like to know when I will receive my 150 deposit back room was pricey and not what I expected for 600+per night no entertainment all hotel at all wouldn’t stay there again
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property was in a perfect location! The staff was so friendly and attentive, they made you feel so special! The restaurants and bars were awesome! It was a beautiful resort for an adult getaway, will probably be returning next year!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything about this place says paradise! Best thing too is that the Fish Fry is tight next door too and it’s something you don’t want to miss out on!

Pros: I loved the beach being right out the door.
Cons: Our room was on the second floor and difficult to get to. Also the hotel tried to upcharge my booking by $300+ which seems super shady.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff were very friendly. Rooms were amazing. Breakfast was tasty. Overall, great trip!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The beach is fantastic. Nice soft sand and no coral, shells or rocks in the water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was wonderful. Our room had plenty of space for our family of 6 and a nice ocean view, but was expensive.
Cons: The restaurant and bar are closed (apparently have been since the hurricanes in 2017). The description of the hotel did not make clear that this was the case. In my opinion, a hotel isn't 5 star if it doesn't have a restaurant and bar on site. Right outside the door to our villa was basically a construction site with work being done on the elevator. Not an appealing sight upon leaving or arriving at the room. We had no hot water the first 2 nights and our air conditioning didn't work well.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gilbert at the front desk to the breakfast staff Annike to beach staff Loxley, everyone exceeded my expectations. It’s an unusually beautiful place with great pools. We enjoyed using the included snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. We took complementary bicycles to town along sidewalks. Our 3-bedroom suite was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it all made for a wonderful stay!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: breakfast at location was good, they made us special breakfast as we all were vegetarian.
Cons: they should have kept more options in breakfast
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beach Apartment
Cons: No restaurant for dinner
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The breakfast was well prepared and presented, bountiful, and excellent location, with a very personable and caring staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The room is spacious and the staffs are friendly. We rent a car and the location is close to everywhere.
Cons: The room cleaning service is sloppy sometimes and it is dusty under the bed. Breakfast is the same every day :(
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was excellent including the front desk, the beach staff, housekeeping and the restaurants. Outstanding and friendly service. The Residence unit (7B) was very nice with plenty of room for 2. The floor plan was open yet private should one individual want to sleep while the other watched TV. The kitchen appliances were premium brands. The lap pool was a great feature of the resort and allowed me to continue my swimming workout while on vacation.
Cons: Interestingly, the Viking refrigerator freezer did not work and we lost some food. It was fixed the next day. Also, the dryer did not work and it took the staff 2 days to determine the cause and the fix. To their defense it was a new item and unique to the resort.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything. Staff was great. Jackie, Sharon. Adrian to name a few.
Cons: Nothing. My new Hawaii. Never a 10 hour flight again

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything about this place was great - location is close to the beach and all restaurants, shops, bars you'd want to check out. The innkeeper, Ariel, is an amazing host and really gets things done in terms of maintaining the rooms and booking excursions. The inn rooms are spacious and I will definitely return. Overall great stay, highly recommend.
Cons: shower not enough pressure, oh well
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is a 5 min walk to the beach (not right on the beach but close enough), the accommodations were lovely (the kitchen was great!), and the location can not be beaten. It is right next to luxury hotels that are $500-$1,000 per night. This place was well worth the price. Ariel was very helpful and welcoming.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a little thing of detergent for the washer.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Food options on site at jojo’s.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great Place , Amazing beach , Amazing people and good to stay in huge comfort!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at Windsong. Loved our 2 bedroom ocean front suite. Staff was lovely & helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and decorated well. Loved the view, location both on Grace Bay and enjoyed having the coral reef right outside our door. We would most definitely stay here again.
Cons: The food at the hotel was simply ok. It was good, not great.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. 2 minute walk to the beach.
Cons: Meals were expensive. Taxis were really expensive. No night life in walking distance.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: All of the staff at Windsong took great care of us and were so nice
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Our fare included a free breakfast which was served by the beach. Additional items are available for a fee. Windsong has combination a la cart and all inclusive plans also available. My favorite part of the trip( which we have made several times - is the proximity to the beautiful beach and the great people . Every time we visit , we are told "welcome home" Weather is a definite plus in Turks. We did have a "little" rain this time - however it was very short lived..No problem.
Cons: Our unit( 1600 sq ft) was costly and it seemed like the price of meals was increasing from the last time we visited.. However, we will definitely return next year as this island truly is a paradise.!!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very friendly staff. Food was very good. Views were incredible. Room was very clean and service was very good.
Cons: Air conditioning did not work one night. Our room was small and there were no other room options. They did not offer any other rooms when I asked to switch.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location, right on the beach. Very comfortable and relaxing environment.
Cons: Overall the staff was very kind and helpful. Only thing they didn’t give the possibility of a late check-out from the room even if it was low season.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our stay at Windsong was amazing. The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond. We are already planning on going back.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I REALLY liked the hotel, and the staff. The beach is phenomenal, more so than other hotel beaches. Short walk to the Gansevort beach too, which has another nice swimming area and pool
Cons: No.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: ComplinentaryBreakfast was very inadequate. The additional options were good.
Cons: The croissants were the smallest I have ever seen. The living room furniture was too low and arranged poorly also hard to get out of. Also needed at least one more chair.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms were extremely clean, the beds were comfy and all the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and had wonderful/quality customer service.
Cons: The service, cleanliness of the rooms and the food at the restaurant.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our room was immaculate - beautiful, comfortable four poster bed (strewn with red petals on our arrival!) large bathroom (complete with roll-top bath, sadly unused) spacious sitting room/kitchen, private veranda (well-equipped with table and chairs, lounge beds) excellent room facilities, such as tv, ceiling speakers for music and washing machine with separate dryer! Loved the origami swan made from a towel! Excellent breakfasts and amazingly friendly, helpful staff. We have been visiting TCI for over 20 years (my husband's mother used to live on Grand Turk) but I have never stayed on Provo, usually just pass through en route to GT, but we had a wedding to attend so stayed on Provo for four days this time. Point Grace is in the perfect position, with the beach and nearby shops/restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like. We did visit out of season though, so not sure if we'd have been so happy if the hotel had been full, as our room was on ground floor near the pool and a little way across from the outdoor bar. I can't imagine the hotel gets raucous though, it seems to be a very tranquil space, i think other hotels in the area cater more for families. The smallish, bar-side pool was lovely but more for a relaxing floating session not boisterous cavorting!
Okay 5,4
Pros: Location
Cons: Only restaurant at the hotel was closed and food in general was unhealthy and no variety
Excellent 9,6
Cons: Bar at the pool - must have coffee /esspresso during the day
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We loved our apartment (I can’t call it just a “room”, it had a kitchen and felt like home) and the grounds were beautiful. Beach access was easy and we loved sitting in the shade and reading.
Cons: I can’t think of anything!
Good 7,5
Pros: Beach is gorgeous. Rooms have kitchens which you will need if you want to eat healthy. There is a grocery a store a few blocks away - have driver stop there on the way to hotel to stock up. Massage was great and spa location is gorgeous
Cons: Low quality overpriced food and out of date practices. Definitely not something for everyone when it comes to food. Most people successful enough to come here are highly educated and want healthy food. Something that is common around the world. Most of the guests we saw gained weight and bloated up during their stay. It is a shame because this island does get high quality food as u can see in grocery store. Breakfast is a lot of sugary breads and u have to pay 15 if you want eggs without anything on the side. ) The breads are gorgeous and sugary and lovingly made if that is your jam.) Other meals are high priced and the quality of a low end budget restaurant. It was the first time my family was relieved to get back to the snowy north so we could eat well. On the plus side, you can get higher quality groceries nearby so if you want to cook. All of the pots and pans are coated in Teflon: even large ones if you are boiling water. They do not offer coconut water here and you will have to go somewhere else to get it. We were told it was impossible to get in island but then saw guests from Other hotels walking by w their coconuts. This place also does not have good water, gives u tiny bottles of water and does not recycle anything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was our third trip to Point Grace in the last 2 years. We travelled with our 21 and 16 year old daughters and stayed in a 2 BR oceanfront suite. The suite, pool, beach and breakfasts were outstanding. We always return to Point Grace for the staff - everyone from the driver at the airport to Mary at the front desk to the breakfast servers, bartender, beach service, masseuse and housekeeper (twice daily) are fabulous and treat guests like family. Dinner at Grace Cottage again ranked among our favorite meals. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Grace Bay.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Point Grace exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff is attentive, informative, helpful and kind. We loved that this boutique hotel is smaller. It is quiet and relaxing. The pool and grounds are absolutely stunning. All of the extra service and attention was very much appreciated! In addition there is a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit.
Cons: We had trouble initially with our Wifi but the staff resolved the problem within the first day.
Good 7,5
Pros: It was quiet and the beach and pool were often empty or one or two people
Cons: Breakfast could have been better
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location and size
Good 6,7
Pros: Great location and amazing beaches. Convenient to walk places.
Cons: Main restaurant was closed and the food that was available through room service was not great. They have a spa but no fitness center. We also had to pay for a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel despite the fact their website said complimentary transportation.

Pros: Beautiful beach, clean spacious pool area. Resort seemed busy, but never crowded and the staff extremely conscientious. If you’re looking to spoil yourself this is the place - it’s a splurge so you have to prepare to tip everyone and pay top $ for meals/drinks etc. Drop the coin and then sit back and enjoy
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location, staff
Cons: The hotel may need some renovation
Good 7,5
Pros: - beach is best I have seen (better than Maldives) - food amazing - concierge and front desk team is excellent
Cons: - service level on beach and restaurant is really very bad ... most of the team members are unhappy and you feel that you disturb them when you ask for help - far away from what we know from other hotels!! - it felt a bit like a mid-class seminar hotel as there were several big groups from Edward Jones one incentive trips
Okay 5,4
Pros: Loved the grounds and the rooms. The beach was beautiful. The spa was beautiful and the services were great! The rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: Unfortunately our first room was not ready, and when we finally got it, it smelled like smoke. They were able to move us the second day, but simple things like the beach bar and rentals were not open Friday and Saturday. We always felt like we were bothering people when we asked for anything.
Good 6,7
Pros: Spa was good but super expensive and they add service tax, service tip and you end up paying like 25% more than what it says and i guess that is why it is available at all times
Cons: Staff are either underpaid or doing a lot of work, they were tired and not very attentive. They definitely not smile at all. The booking sad it had view and it had if you consider walking path and the other building view. I was expecting more i guess. The wc room door sill was so old I was locked in for more than 15 minutes till the handyman deassambled the door to save me. He was very nice but noone else seemed to care. Maybe it is standard customers stay locked in toilets.
Good 7,5
Pros: Clean and comfortable space. Any room on the property is steps away from the beach.
Cons: Water in the shower wasn’t hot enough.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff was exceptional and friendly. They really made our trip so special & treated us like we were the only ones there! I want to go back every year!
Cons: The sun could have been a little nicer and not burned us on day 2. Lol! Our fault of course. Now I will always check those expiration dates on the sunscreen! The place is just perfect and I wouldn't have them change a thing.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Food are excellent
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The layout of the resort was great. You didn't have to walk forever to get to the beach or to the restaurants and neighboring resorts were close by enough that you could walk to their restaurants.
Cons: No extended checkout and no heads up on the state of T and C airport which was a mess.
Good 7,1
Pros: Color of the ocean is amazing when the sun is out. Fish Fry on Thursdays, Mango Reef Restaurant, Coco Van, Bay Bistro, Heminways, and Somewhere Mexican are all very delicious. Palms dinner is nice, sorbet is also great. The Infinity pool at swim up bar is cool at the Palms. Also a decent hottub.. Parasailing was awesome, hosted by Miguel we could see the whole island. Going to Half Moon Bay/Iguana Island was amazing. The snorkeling on the boat ride there was awesome too. This is a great deal for about $112 person. Last half a day. The boat ride was excellent bang for your buck as it last 4 hours, they provide fresh delicious conch salad (taste like salsa), and alcohol/soft drinks.) Complimentary bikes and towels on the beach are great amenities. The FREE bottles water in the rooms was great as well.. Danny, Jefferson, Latoya, and James are awesome servers and very friendly. They took care of us. LillyAnne was a great housekeeper. Truly very special people. N-Yen and Cecilia we great in the Spa. Gave us an excellent couples Mani/Pedi's.
Cons: The island lost power for 1/2 a day which stopped us from being able to watch the playoff NFL game at the hotel room or bar. Our TV did not work for the first 1.5 days but maintenance/housekeeping was able to fix. Lunch at the Palms plunge could be better. The pizza was awful and different overtime we had tried it (3x.) The safe had low battery so we needed to get the batteries replaced which did get fix within 1-2 hours, we needed to stay with our passports and cash when we first arrived when all we wanted to do was run to the beach. Only in the air for the parasailing for a bout 15 minutes, sorta pricey for $85 per person. Island Vibes does a more personal boat tour, Caicos tours has more people and can be crowded.. Make sure you go on a clear sunny day with no chance of rain because we didn't get to snorkel in the usual spot, and the water was really rough, we couldn't see much due to sun not being out. The 15% tip is typically included on every bill, I did not like this. In most cases i tip 20% or more and its tougher to calculate this percentage when there is a 12% service fee and 15% tip included. First night we were there is rained, and the TV was broken in the room.. Cab rides are expensive. Taking bikes is better but there are not curbs in most spots. Our friend we met there got ran off the road and had to go to the ER for X-rays, $340 upfront cost he said. We felt bad because we told him to use the complimentary bikes... Maybe the hotel should provide helmets or give better advice on what roads have curbs vs. don't. Spa overbooked and we had to cancel our couples aromatic bath because only one bath was available vs. two. They also overbooked the mani/pedi tubs so we almost lost our time slot. We cancelled our Zareeba we had scheduled because its in the hotel suite and we didn't have a view of the water really, just a sliver. A better photo of the room view would be better on the listing for Palms Suites...

Pros: Hotel location is on a beautiful stretch of beach. Pools were not overly crowded either.
Cons: Room assigned at check in wasn't ideal, hotel front desk offered a free upgrade to a different room layout. Management Superceded and they said would charge 80 per day for the room change. I do not rec booking if you have more than 2 in your group.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: We requested and paid for an ocean view and got Ocean peak
Good 7,5
Pros: N/a
Cons: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome. The property lacks quality in cleaning, rooms aren't always cleaned daily, don't seem to have been given a thorough cleaning in years, towels are hard to find, even after the room has been tidied up, ( because they were rarely cleaned). This could be a great place if the property was cleaned and updated. Again staff were great. Concierge Terry was super helpful and knowledgeable.
Okay 5,7
Pros: The beach is amazing!
Cons: This was my wife and I first trip to Turks & Caicos. We will return because the beaches are beautiful but we will choose another resort. The day we arrived it was 4:30pm, local time, and we had made reservations for an Ocean View Suite. The room that was given to us at first was not an Ocean View it was a Garden View. Then the front desk told us they would put us in another room but it would not be ready for a while. When I asked how long, they could not give me any idea on the time frame. So, we had a late lunch at Hemingway’s the resort restaurant. The food okay but their service was horrible. A hour and a half had past and we went back to the front desk to check and see if our room was ready. The front desk could not provide me any answers. The front desk staff was extremely unorganized. The staff had misplaced our paperwork for the room in the hour and a half that we were having lunch and waiting for our room. After 30 minutes of two front desk staff members frantically working to check in additional guest and find our paperwork we finally head to the room. Atthis point it approximately 3 and half hours later. Prior to leaving the front desk my wife ask “does the building have an elevator?” The staff tells us “yes”. Once we arrived at the building where our room is located we learned from the bell man that the elevator is out of order. My wife is still recovering from a broken knee cap and our room is on the 3rd floor. The bell man told us the elevator was supposed to repaired the following day. Well it was not and I had go and speak to the manager the following morning. The manager went to speak to the maintenance team. Here is where the story hits a all time shocker for me!! When the manager returns she walks two feet in front of me and straight into her office and closes the door. She never acknowledged me. The front desk staff went into her office and asked the details. When the front desk clerk returned I was told it would be repaired on Saturday, it is Wednesday morning. Then I am offered another room (this our 3rd room in three days). I take it because it is on the ground floor but no ocean view. This one is a garden view. Then my wife is stuck in the half bathroom because the door handle is broke. She was in there for 10 minutes plus. I mentioned this to management and asked for the difference returned to my card due to the inconvenience and the non-ocean view, that we paid to have. Later that day after housekeeping cleaned our room I found a gift certificate for breakfast for 2 at the resort restaurant. This was an insult. I will end on this the evening staff at the restaurant and the front desk was much friendlier than the day. The bell man we had was awesome as well. It is a shame, this place could be great. The beach is amazing. The Resort needs some attention and the some of the staff needs learn hospitality skills.

Pros: Location and partnership with sister hotels. Incredible beach.
Cons: Cleanliness so-so. Sister hotels are much better standing. Beside the beach, nothing special. Staff, except 1 or 2, support slow and frowning.
Good 7,5
Pros: Lovely apartment with lots of space. Complimentary Prosecco in the room was a nice touch, as was the rum punch on arrival. Terry up front couldn’t do enough for us. Right on the beach, lovely setting; food in the restaurant was good.
Cons: The main pool was disappointingly small considering the photos.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location and beautiful beach with a awesome view of the sunset.
Cons: The restaurant hours. It would be nice if they were open a little later for cocktails.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: It give you a feeling like you were home and not in a hotel room.

Pros: Well maintained- great layout
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The Sands at Grace Bay was a perfect resort for a family. Our room was very spacious and close to pools and beach. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and advise us on activities for our family. Terry recommended wonderful restaurants and Cisco recommended a wonderful private boat excursion with captain Jack and Dion which was the highlight of our trip. Snorkeling at Coral Gardens was in walking distance down the beach, saw plenty of fish, sea turtles and sting rays. The beach is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this resort
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location only minutes away from shops, grocery store and the free use of bikes really helped out, Hemingways' Restaurant had great food and drinks, best snorkeling at Coral Gardens was about a 30 minute walk and free! Staff at the Sands, tour operators, taxi drivers and local folks were all super friendly and helpful!
Cons: Went on two snorkeling trips and unfortunately the seas both days were rough enough that it made the snorkeling difficult, which is not being negative about the resort or how much we enjoyed our stay in the Turks and Caicos.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff were lovely and really helpful. Location is superb and its literally on the fantastic beach. We were in a 2 bed room with an ocean view and the room and balcony were a great size. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There are shops and restaurants within a 15 min walk for if you fancy a change of scene. There's also a supermarket a 20 min walk away.
Cons: Room. was always very clean after the maid had visited but on 3 occasions not enough towels were left and on one occasion, none were left? Once reception were made aware, they were brought to the room within an hour.

Good 7,1
Pros: The location of the Hotel and the large quite room.
Cons: The menu was a bit monotonous and the service at restaurant very slow.
Excellent 8,8
Cons: One of the properties needs a hot tub. Thursday the restaurant was closed. If you want us to eat at fish fry than we should have vouchers. This is an all inclusive (and a very pricey one). We should not have to spend more money on food. Also I feel the food was not really any better quality then the other properties. We at least could of had a lobster night or whole grilled fish. Something that really stood out.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing hotel, excellent service and facilities. One of the best trips, i would highly recommend if you are seeking chilled out trip but with touches of luxury.
Cons: Everything was amazing, we only went for a short stay so upon reflection would suggest 4 days plus to make the most of it & truly tune out / relax
Excellent 9,6
Pros: I loved that this property was adult only and all inclusive. We had the most stress-free vacation I can remember. The location on the beach was simply gorgeous!
Cons: The only negative was that the water heater in our room only allowed for a 5 minute shower before turning cold. Other than that, our room was perfect.
Good 6,3
Pros: The Beach, the rooms, the location!
Cons: Staff are not helpful, have no idea of local amenities, we were told we would have access to all three properties and upon arrival are told one is CLOSED and the other is 1/2 closed. Was accosted by a staff member when inquiring about "nighly turndown", met Butler one time and was given no information on amenities or activities, room was not cleaned at all on Day 1. Met with Manager on last day who stated he would have someone follow-up given the issues and have receive no call. The dining room is "sprayed with an insect spray" right before dinner when al plates and glasses, etc. on the table..many guests in the pool saw this and were mortified! Beautiful place, POORLY MANAGED.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were Amazing. I had Breakfast everyday on the property was lovely, and romantic. Adult's only was very peaceful. Great for couples, and they try to cater to all your needs. Shout out to Dewayne which was always there for us, he helped me even give me Aloe plant leaves to help my burns which was very kind, he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay!
Cons: The Alexandra (Sister Resort) sends people over for dinner. The beach house did not cater to their guest, even though it was adults only, I felt like the Sister resort the Alexandra got priority over the beach house guest. Including telling me they were out of champagne but I watched them giving it to all the Alexandra Guest. I believe they should prioritize Beach house guest first, then Alexandra guest but I always felt like at dinner they were prioritizing the Alexandra Guest first, considering the Alexandra cost almost 300 Less per night, I don't feel like that was ok. They need to figure out a way to make sure Beach house guest are served first then Alexandra. I did not like being treated that way when I paid triple the rate they paid.
Good 7,5
Cons: The beach staff was a little rude.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was amazing, food was phenomenal, staff was very attentive. And the beach and water was the best in the area.
Cons: The beach bar doesn't open until 11 am but they do serve adult beverages in the breakfast area. We are early risers and breakfast doesn't start until 7:30. The staff will work with you on any issues and were always trying to make your stay perfect.
Excellent 9,5
Pros: All the experience was great. All the crew from manager to all gave everything so that we could have a great time at the hotel. Friendly Customer experience. Totally recommended.

Pros: Room was nice. Location from airport The had a shuttle to pool and beach
Cons: No eating facilities on site No pool or beach on site
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought this place might be too good to be true, but I am so beyond happy that we decided to stay at One On Marlin during our trip to Turks and Caicos. Even prior to our arrival, we received a call from Chris, the Butelier, offering shuttle service from the airport. We had already rented a car (definitely recommend it!) and so he promptly sent over directions to the hotel instead. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered a drink. We were then shown the room which was everything we could have hoped for with a kitchenette, full bathroom and TONS of storage. Each day we would come home to fresh towels for showering and for the beach. The rooms also come with a cooler and chairs for the beach. There is a light breakfast served each morning with a member of the staff present to help you select your activities for the day or to offer advice on restaurants/places to visit. Every place Chris recommended we visit was excellent! We cannot wait to return to One On Marlin for our next visit. We would highly recommend!
Cons: Random but the door to the bathroom was only effective in hiding the person using the bathroom from your eyes, not your ears.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The property was very peaceful and quiet with good in room facilities and a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Chris and team were very supportive and helpful. Great for a mini retreat!
Cons: Location requires a car to move around comfortably however the shuttle to and from the beach club together with the odd taxi made it serviceable.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Amazing staff - concierge attended to all of our needs and went above and beyond; super, super clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the property is not on the beach. The beach is just a 5 minute drive, however, and the property provides chairs, umbrellas, water and concierge service at the beach.
Good 6,3
Pros: Bed was comfy.
Cons: The location was pretty bad. Not walkable, at all.
Okay 5,8
Pros: The villa was nice.
Cons: The people were good. The resort over-promised and under-delivered. They advertise that they grant your every wish, but they couldn't even schedule a massage on their "private" beach (which wasn't private).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Jan was very nice, always available and accommodating. I loved our room. It was perfect for us since I cook every day. The washing machine set up was perfect too. No pool on premises, but we used the one at the sister resort, which is five minutes away. Loved the beach set up -- umbrella, table, chairs and very attentive butlers offering you cold towels and cold water frequently. Breakfast every day was perfect. They bring it right to your room at whatever time you arrange.
Cons: I'm not sure how after hours works. I called twice and got no response. Luckily, neither was an emergency. The lighting was too dim for me.

Pros: The suite was great!
Cons: Breakfast buffet could be much better. No French toast, waffles or pancakes. Breads didn't seem fresh and not a great offering.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location is amazing. Although a couple of the front desk/check-in staff were not nice, the rest were very kind. The beach is amazing and they provide towels. Rooms are well decorated, clean and the kitchenette helps a lot. They also have coffee in the room along with a coffee machine.
Cons: Some of the front desk staff were not nice. They did not acknowledge our presence and were clearly not happy to be there-some remarks were not acceptable. Close to afternoon, the beachside ran out of towels and they never replenished them -other than telling us to go get them from the poolside they could've brought it themselves.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The entire experience there
Cons: Could have been a little less expensive
Excellent 8,3
Pros: This Boutique hotel is beautiful. The location from restaurants was convenient. The amenities were great. The room was larger than I expected. It hotel grounds are very clean and so was our room.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that there was only one restaurant with one menu.
Okay 5,4
Pros: The rooms are large and it’s quiet.
Cons: There was no store or gift shop or spa for the price. The cabanas on the beach weren’t very nice so they shouldn’t have to be rented. You need some floating chairs or rafts.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Ambiance
Cons: Housekeeping , because we requested a sugar packet 3 times in guest service no response, and many incidents in three days. We will not recommend anybody to this hotel
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great secluded location, away from the more crowded resort areas of the beach. Staff was exceptionally kind. Breakfast was solid.
Cons: Seemed very expensive for what you got, and there were various fees, taxes and tips tacked on to absolutely everything. One of the most expensive places I've been on vacation.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food was amazing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the location seeming somewhat remote.
Cons: Definitely need a bathroom at beach restaurant
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We loved the location - the beach in front of the hotel was never crowded. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond in every way possible.
Cons: I wouldn’t change a thing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice sized resort no lineups, no saving beach chairs, great food Nice and close to airport , accommodations were ocean front Great view. Highly recommend. Good value.
Cons: Notihing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I liked the size and quaintness of the property. It gave you an opportunity to get to know the staff. All staff were very friendly and responsive! The food served on property was good, the breakfast buffet was substantial and delicious! This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip and we were not disappointed! The 2BR ocean front suite was beautiful, the view was a true ocean front view with a spacious balcony and comfortable seating! Daily house cleaning was well done.
Cons: The only drawback was there was no onsite convenience store or market to get snacks etc. We had to pay for a taxi to go to the nearest grocery store. It was very close but something on site or in walking distance would be nice.

Cons: Best price on the beach ! Loved the bistro!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The clean room friendly staff clean and well kept property the food a bit pricy but really Good and tasty
Cons: They do not accept discover credit cards
Good 7,1
Pros: I liked the closeness to the beach, the garden around the terrasse
Cons: small room
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The property was clean and right on the beautiful beach. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. The hotel is nothing fancy but we knew that when reserving. It was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location.
Cons: The bistro bay restaurant lacked prompt friendly service. This is a shame as it’s so convenient with the hotel. A little work on treating guests like you are glad they are there will go a long way. Would not recommend the restaurant. Walk down the beach just a little to Hemingway’s and get great service and food!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Amazing beach. Comfortable room
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The hotel was very close to the beach. It has a restaurant where you can get food to eat. The housekeepers are very friendly
Cons: There was no hot water in the shower and the internet didn’t work properly.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location was excellent, staff could have been more friendly but reasonably helpful. Hotel not fancy but homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Staff wasn’t very friendly. Some were but most weren’t.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Pool and location of our suite was fantastic. Lazy river was great
Cons: Speed of service is slow. Choose your restaurants carefully if you are in a rush. Suggestion place a microwave in restaurant's to be able to heat food up as it comes cold a lot of the time. Which effects the taste.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Excellent food with healthy food options and a beautifully maintained property!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect paradise experience. Had wonderful dream vacation with family.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very family friendly with always something for someone of any age which was great!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Breakfast was excelent!
Cons: Bedrooms in the Caribbean area are a bit rundown. I had my sons' trunk bed collapsed and fixed day-after. Need renovation
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The same buffet breakfast was available at several locations. You could easily find almost anything you might like. Lunch & Dinner were just OK, except for a few locations that were good, but in theory were off limits for kids.
Cons: Some staff were great. Others had a bit of the Caribbean attitude. No one moved very fast. The bar tending was highly variable. The teppanyaki restaurant was rushed, noisy and not very good. Restaurants that were listed as dress up with no kids seemed happy to accept anything and any one. Confusing!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The boat tours..the beach..the staff
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The property was well-maintained
Cons: The food here is not good. If you’re coming with young kids then yes this is probably the best place and only place to stay to keep them active and busy. However if your children are 14 and over and you want to explore the beautiful island and visit various beaches then I would recommend that you stay elsewhere and do outside excursion activities. Then you will learn more about the island and the culture the people there share
Good 7,6
Pros: the vast number of different things to do for the children such as water slides for the kids, xbox, drop off camp, ice cream/ cotton candy, arts and crafts, ping pong tables etc... the food was better than i expected at an all inclusive. 16 different restaurants to choose from, from beach side to restaurant setting. Unlimited drinks were very nice. i was very pleased with the whole place.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my rooms. When first arrived they said Kayak (where i booked) did not let them know i booked a luxury king walkout and instead put me in a room that was two double beds. I had to show proof and was then put into the correct room the next night. the beds were hard as a rock -that needs to be changed. Pillows were too soft, i found a roach in my room and my room was so humid cus my a/c wasnt working. housekeeping was quick to fix my a/c and sprayed my room with bug spray. because its access to the outside, there were many mosquitos which kept me awake most of the night.
Okay 4,2
Pros: Ocean, and water park
Cons: Rude servers at the buffet. They dip your food for you on your plate, your not allowed. They make you feel very uncomfortable and must be versed in giving you as little food as possible. Was not the room we paid for, told us ours would be ready the next day by 3pm. Shower curtain hanging up by automobile hose clamp on both ends. The toilet not working properly, maintenance had to come a couple of times after I went down and spoke with the resort manager. I’m retired at 53 and my wife is a MD Doctor and we never complain but this place for sure didn’t represent the price it wants.

Pros: Clean, responsive owner, perfect in every way
Cons: None
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was an extremely clean and cozy condo. We found lots of useful items even cooler for the drinks and food to take with you to the beach or to explore the island. The owner was very helpful with any information needed and advise. We will definitely be back.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Food was excellent- never had a bad meal. Great beach with good lounge chair available. Staff was excellent Provides dinner on the beach if you prefer They make great exotic drinks Room cleaned every day early or later if requested
Cons: Studio room was smaller than expected for the money Needed more entertainment for the evenings on property Taxi service was expensive- charged by the person
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean comfortable and best beach location
Cons: Would have liked option to opt to purchase drink or food at all inclusive and maybe a hot plate to fry an egg in am
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Wesley (who works at the restaurant and is the sailing instructor) and Tina (the security guard ) and others really went out of their way to make sure anything I needed was provided and that my stay there was excellent. The staff is amazing!
Mediocre 2,8
Cons: Worst service, we paid extra for beachfront room and was not given, went to front desk spoke to Jennifer answer given was they are sold out, she has no customer service skill and absolutely rude. They did not solve our issues and room smells like sewage spoke to Ramona about smell she said she will take care of it but when we got to room in the evening nothing was done. There were few staff members who went above and beyond. Same food served everyday, which is disappointing for all inclusive. Will not stay there again. Turks and Caicos Islands is absolutely gorgeous, will go there agin but will stay at different hotel.
Good 6,2
Pros: Beautiful pool area, beautiful beach and water. Close to town for biking.
Cons: Too many people valentines weekend and too many children. We had to leave on Wednesday and noticed all the familys and children left too and we might have enjoyed more adult time and not as many umbrellas on the beach after Wednesday if we had been able to stay the whole week.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The Mango reef that is on the resort had great food. The stay was awesome for our anniversary and honeymoon.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The beach was incredible Not overcrowded
Cons: That it was too short
