Pros: Perfect for a couples getaway - there were minimal to no children present during our stay. The hotel is right at the end of Grace Bay Beach, therefore more secluded than other resorts and has a large beach area with comfortable beach chaise lounges that come with a service button. The pool is amazing and you are able to choose lounges in the sun or shade - perfect for eating lunch. The breakfast and all food is amazing on the resort. The service is truly world class, we were treated great and almost never had to/ wanted to leave the resort.
Cons: We had a few issues during the check-in process. As a result I notified the general manager and they more than made up for the initial issues throughout our entire stay.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were very professional and friendly
Cons: I loved everything about this resort
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff! Overall, an excellent experience!
Cons: Food and drinks are expensive
Excellent 8,3
Pros: This is a return trip, last year we stayed in a one bedroom ground floor ocean view with full kitchen and laundry. We opted for a better view this time so we choose a studio with kitchenette on the 4th floor. We tend not to cook whilst on vacation so the kitchenette is fine. Only drawback is not having the laundry but the difference in price is worth taking home dirty clothes! The view was exciting every morning. The bed was very comfortable, the washroom very clean. Shower pressure excellent, and we found no mildew or mould build up which was great. Rooms are installed with hydroxyl generators that keep the air quality clean. We love the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property, the newer outdoor furniture on our terrace and public spaces including cabanas on the pool pods and beach. A massage with Simone is a must at the Spa, she really is an expert. New Year’s Eve we spent on our balcony getting the best view ever of the Fireworks provided by the hotel on the beach, just magical. Breakfasts are great, lunches are as well. We had dinner first evening at their restaurant Stelle, my husbands meal was reported to be excellent, he had the octopus pasta, mine was a little on the dry side, I had the short ribs. I should have had fish! Overall it’s a wonderful location, albeit a bit pricier than some of the other resorts, we have all the amenities including a heated pool, working hot tub, restaurants on site, room service, attentive and friendly staff all on the best beach in the Caribbean.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food was great, maybe the best on the island Rooms are very nice, staff was so nice friendly The beach and pool were also great! Definitely will be going back!!

Cons: The drinks were pricey but generously sized.

Pros: Room was nice. Location from airport The had a shuttle to pool and beach
Cons: No eating facilities on site No pool or beach on site
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought this place might be too good to be true, but I am so beyond happy that we decided to stay at One On Marlin during our trip to Turks and Caicos. Even prior to our arrival, we received a call from Chris, the Butelier, offering shuttle service from the airport. We had already rented a car (definitely recommend it!) and so he promptly sent over directions to the hotel instead. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered a drink. We were then shown the room which was everything we could have hoped for with a kitchenette, full bathroom and TONS of storage. Each day we would come home to fresh towels for showering and for the beach. The rooms also come with a cooler and chairs for the beach. There is a light breakfast served each morning with a member of the staff present to help you select your activities for the day or to offer advice on restaurants/places to visit. Every place Chris recommended we visit was excellent! We cannot wait to return to One On Marlin for our next visit. We would highly recommend!
Cons: Random but the door to the bathroom was only effective in hiding the person using the bathroom from your eyes, not your ears.
Good 6,3
Pros: Bed was comfy.
Cons: The location was pretty bad. Not walkable, at all.
Okay 5,8
Pros: The villa was nice.
Cons: The people were good. The resort over-promised and under-delivered. They advertise that they grant your every wish, but they couldn't even schedule a massage on their "private" beach (which wasn't private).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Jan was very nice, always available and accommodating. I loved our room. It was perfect for us since I cook every day. The washing machine set up was perfect too. No pool on premises, but we used the one at the sister resort, which is five minutes away. Loved the beach set up -- umbrella, table, chairs and very attentive butlers offering you cold towels and cold water frequently. Breakfast every day was perfect. They bring it right to your room at whatever time you arrange.
Cons: I'm not sure how after hours works. I called twice and got no response. Luckily, neither was an emergency. The lighting was too dim for me.

Pros: the beach, the staff
Cons: cannot put bill on the room, must pay by credit card. the breakfast restaurant had no sea view. A lot of kids.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff was terrific, beach and pools were great, and our apartment was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: breakfast at location was good, they made us special breakfast as we all were vegetarian.
Cons: they should have kept more options in breakfast
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beautiful location and facilities. It was really relaxing. Been to multiple Caribbean Islands, I have never seen such blue water! Everything is so clean! The staff was totally laid back and would happily do anything to assist you to make your vacation great.
Cons: There are some restaurants within walking distance (Bay Bistro, Hemingways) but to really see the different areas and try new restaurants, you need to take a taxi and that adds up quick. For example, for the 8 of us, a round trip to a local restaurant 4 miles away (Da Conch Shack) cost us about $250 round trip.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Loved everything about it beach is beautiful. Not crowded. Units have all amenities feels like a home away from home
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Rooms were very spacious. It was nice to start the day with a tummy breakfast that was included in the price of the room.
Cons: Honestly I can’t think of a thing.

Pros: Beach Apartment
Cons: No restaurant for dinner

Pros: Great place, best beach we’ve been to. The resort is beautiful and very well equipped. Great location and kind and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back!
Okay 5,4
Pros: The location was beautiful.
Cons: Staff was incredibly rude. Took forever to get served food or drink.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Food are excellent
Good 7,5
Pros: - beach is best I have seen (better than Maldives) - food amazing - concierge and front desk team is excellent
Cons: - service level on beach and restaurant is really very bad ... most of the team members are unhappy and you feel that you disturb them when you ask for help - far away from what we know from other hotels!! - it felt a bit like a mid-class seminar hotel as there were several big groups from Edward Jones one incentive trips
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Beautiful property, location and amenities
Cons: Everything extremely expensive.
Good 7,5
Pros: Clean and comfortable space. Any room on the property is steps away from the beach.
Cons: Water in the shower wasn’t hot enough.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Nice property, beautiful pool and beach. Very expensive
Cons: The morning staff for breakfast were incredibly unpleasant. The male at the pool restaurant was also rude. Occasionally, we met a few pleasant employees but most were very unhappy and unpleasant . With the hefty price tag, you’d think service would have at least been decent. It was a glaring issue.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The layout of the resort was great. You didn't have to walk forever to get to the beach or to the restaurants and neighboring resorts were close by enough that you could walk to their restaurants.
Cons: No extended checkout and no heads up on the state of T and C airport which was a mess.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location, staff and cleanliness.
Cons: The unavailability of a room for a family of 5 members.

Pros: Everything about this place was great - location is close to the beach and all restaurants, shops, bars you'd want to check out. The innkeeper, Ariel, is an amazing host and really gets things done in terms of maintaining the rooms and booking excursions. The inn rooms are spacious and I will definitely return. Overall great stay, highly recommend.
Cons: shower not enough pressure, oh well
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is a 5 min walk to the beach (not right on the beach but close enough), the accommodations were lovely (the kitchen was great!), and the location can not be beaten. It is right next to luxury hotels that are $500-$1,000 per night. This place was well worth the price. Ariel was very helpful and welcoming.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a little thing of detergent for the washer.

Pros: iced cocktails, friendly staff, oysters at the canape bar when available
Cons: this stay was incredibly expensive, so there is an expectation of standards being high. There were some service issues at dinner time and whilst the food was lovely the menu of 3 starters and mains each night was repeated multiple times during our week long stay (I had lobster twice, salmon twice and beef twice, the 7th night we went to the fish fry). When there were multiple puddings, it was usually cheesecake of some type, plus key lime pie. The hotel is mainly filled by Americans and they must really like cheesecake and key lime pie!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Spitting distance to the beach, great views, and great food!
Cons: Out AC kept tripping the circuit breaker making it very humid and hot inside. Information about local attractions and times when the on premises restaurants were open was out of date. Reception apologized profusely and promised to fix these issues.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff, facility, food...beach, location. This resort gave u personal service. If there was something u needed they tried their best to get it to you...will definitely be staying here again.
Cons: Everything was absolutely Perfect
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very pleasant surprise. Great location, quiet. Food was good. Loved the Vueve Cliquot and caviar. Lots of selections. The chef Jason come out and accommodated my needs for dinner. I had local snapper, my sister had the lobster. Rooms are great; plenty of room. We appreciated the outside furniture. Water was beautiful! Lounge chairs were very comfortable. We will go again!
Cons: Quicker service in the beach for food and drink service. We ended up getting off the beach to eat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location- very quiet, on the beach with assigned beach chairs 5 minute walk from Coral Gardens snorkeling, 5 minute drive at Smith's reef Facility & Staff - great attention to detail. Great food. Plenty of drinks. Beautiful, big, and homey room The sister resorts- get access to Blue Haven and Alexandria for food and events. Shuttle available. Adults Only!!!!!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Sure you could nitpick but after having the best vacation of our lives, why bother
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was in a beautiful location, and was very cozy feeling.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Quiet comfortable clean property. Love adults only and a la carte instead of buffet. Location is away from crowded beaches of other properties. Suites are spacious and well stocked. Would highly recommend this property if you want peace and quiet.

Pros: Great location, great beach, great food. Great staff.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The smaller size was nice as was the beach which was great because it was not crowded because it is wider at this location. The snorkeling equipment, kayaks, standup paddle boards, and the hobie cat were fun to use also. The rooms were large and furnishings were in excellent condition. There was a nice mix of different ages and families staying here. For the most part, all employees were very nice and helpful. The reef a few hundred yards east of the hotel actually had more variety of fish than our paid snorkeling tour! We definitely enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Very little not to like. I would have preferred down pillows and different bath products but those are small improvements to make. Everything on island is expensive, but understanding that all food and goods are imported makes this understandable. The beach staff were all eager (maybe just a tad too much) to book tours and activities and asked everyday if we wanted to book parasailing or snorkeling, etc.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Beach Room
Cons: Breakfast Food Pool Transportation
Okay 5,0
Pros: The room is too small there was no room in the bathroom to put my stuff, nowhere to dry your bathing suits, the tv is too small and the remote did not work. the bed was comfortable and i like how friendly the staff were. the menu was very limited and it very under staffed during our stay...
Cons: see above. taxi is very expensive
Good 7,1
Pros: Room was amazing, staff was terrific. We had an ocean view room with 2 bathrooms which was comfortable and beautiful. Onsite facilities were also lovely and generally well maintained. All staff members were pleasant and friendly but Giovanne, Kayonn and William went above and beyond and looked out for us.
Cons: Inconsistent drink and towel service at or near the beach. 2 out of 5 days we had to hunt down someone to get towels for the beach chairs. Re drinks, we were told there was waiter service at the beach however out of 5 days, we were only asked for a drink order 2x (by the same waiter in the same afternoon) on the beach. Generally, we would have to go to the bar to order and (if you could find a bartender) wait a long time to be served. In the case where were told the drink would be brought to us on the beach, the staff member who took our order forgot and we had to personally re-request the same drink 40mins later (my husband stood and waited for the drink to be prepared).
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location is amazing. Although a couple of the front desk/check-in staff were not nice, the rest were very kind. The beach is amazing and they provide towels. Rooms are well decorated, clean and the kitchenette helps a lot. They also have coffee in the room along with a coffee machine.
Cons: Some of the front desk staff were not nice. They did not acknowledge our presence and were clearly not happy to be there-some remarks were not acceptable. Close to afternoon, the beachside ran out of towels and they never replenished them -other than telling us to go get them from the poolside they could've brought it themselves.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I liked the size and quaintness of the property. It gave you an opportunity to get to know the staff. All staff were very friendly and responsive! The food served on property was good, the breakfast buffet was substantial and delicious! This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip and we were not disappointed! The 2BR ocean front suite was beautiful, the view was a true ocean front view with a spacious balcony and comfortable seating! Daily house cleaning was well done.
Cons: The only drawback was there was no onsite convenience store or market to get snacks etc. We had to pay for a taxi to go to the nearest grocery store. It was very close but something on site or in walking distance would be nice.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food was amazing

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Best location for walking either direction on the beach, easy walk into town either via beach or road. Hemingway restaurant on site was very good and on par with prices at other places. Condo unit was very spacious, very large screened in lanai.
Cons: The only issue we had was they decided to replace the dishwasher on our last day but didn't tell us. So the maintenance crew occupied the room for about 6 hours. Wasn't a real problem because we were outside for most of the time, but we feel we should have been notified in advance.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Hotel location is on a beautiful stretch of beach. Pools were not overly crowded either.
Cons: Room assigned at check in wasn't ideal, hotel front desk offered a free upgrade to a different room layout. Management Superceded and they said would charge 80 per day for the room change. I do not rec booking if you have more than 2 in your group.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Beautiful location on Grace Bay! Close to shopping and restaurants. The restaurant Hemingway’s at the resort was great. Staff was cheerful and accommodating. Sabrina at the bar makes the best “Famous” strawberry mojito.
Cons: The room was great but the bed was hard. Taxi’s were easy to get but expensive and each driver told you a different price.
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: The room was VERY old and not clean. The floors were sticky and there was a ton of dust on the furniture. It smelled like mold everywhere.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: close to the ocean and pool. Awesome sand and beach seating. cocktails served on the beach.
Cons: no
Okay 5,7
Pros: The beach is amazing!
Cons: This was my wife and I first trip to Turks & Caicos. We will return because the beaches are beautiful but we will choose another resort. The day we arrived it was 4:30pm, local time, and we had made reservations for an Ocean View Suite. The room that was given to us at first was not an Ocean View it was a Garden View. Then the front desk told us they would put us in another room but it would not be ready for a while. When I asked how long, they could not give me any idea on the time frame. So, we had a late lunch at Hemingway’s the resort restaurant. The food okay but their service was horrible. A hour and a half had past and we went back to the front desk to check and see if our room was ready. The front desk could not provide me any answers. The front desk staff was extremely unorganized. The staff had misplaced our paperwork for the room in the hour and a half that we were having lunch and waiting for our room. After 30 minutes of two front desk staff members frantically working to check in additional guest and find our paperwork we finally head to the room. Atthis point it approximately 3 and half hours later. Prior to leaving the front desk my wife ask “does the building have an elevator?” The staff tells us “yes”. Once we arrived at the building where our room is located we learned from the bell man that the elevator is out of order. My wife is still recovering from a broken knee cap and our room is on the 3rd floor. The bell man told us the elevator was supposed to repaired the following day. Well it was not and I had go and speak to the manager the following morning. The manager went to speak to the maintenance team. Here is where the story hits a all time shocker for me!! When the manager returns she walks two feet in front of me and straight into her office and closes the door. She never acknowledged me. The front desk staff went into her office and asked the details. When the front desk clerk returned I was told it would be repaired on Saturday, it is Wednesday morning. Then I am offered another room (this our 3rd room in three days). I take it because it is on the ground floor but no ocean view. This one is a garden view. Then my wife is stuck in the half bathroom because the door handle is broke. She was in there for 10 minutes plus. I mentioned this to management and asked for the difference returned to my card due to the inconvenience and the non-ocean view, that we paid to have. Later that day after housekeeping cleaned our room I found a gift certificate for breakfast for 2 at the resort restaurant. This was an insult. I will end on this the evening staff at the restaurant and the front desk was much friendlier than the day. The bell man we had was awesome as well. It is a shame, this place could be great. The beach is amazing. The Resort needs some attention and the some of the staff needs learn hospitality skills.

Cons: Hot tub water was luke warm. Bedding uncomfortable.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Room was not at all even acceptable. I believe they put us in a storage room that had not been used. It was seriously bad and the staff was not helpful at all. I fully understand there would be additional cost to upgrade to one of the many vacant rooms.

Pros: Beautiful location...friendly and helpful staff....great entertainment!
Good 7,6
Pros: the vast number of different things to do for the children such as water slides for the kids, xbox, drop off camp, ice cream/ cotton candy, arts and crafts, ping pong tables etc... the food was better than i expected at an all inclusive. 16 different restaurants to choose from, from beach side to restaurant setting. Unlimited drinks were very nice. i was very pleased with the whole place.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my rooms. When first arrived they said Kayak (where i booked) did not let them know i booked a luxury king walkout and instead put me in a room that was two double beds. I had to show proof and was then put into the correct room the next night. the beds were hard as a rock -that needs to be changed. Pillows were too soft, i found a roach in my room and my room was so humid cus my a/c wasnt working. housekeeping was quick to fix my a/c and sprayed my room with bug spray. because its access to the outside, there were many mosquitos which kept me awake most of the night.

Pros: Bathroom toilet could be replaced. Sliding door and screen need to be replaced Great value compared to other hotels. I personally think Turks and Caicos is over priced compared to some of the other islands.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Right on the beach, and uncrowded hotel. Restaurant, which is unaffiliated with hotel, was nice with ocean views, deck and outdoor patio.
Cons: Hotel office Staff was uncommunicative and not friendly. An important phone call could not be transfered to my room phone. Onsite restaurant was independent from hotel, and you could only charge to room by giving them a credit card imprint beforehand. The pool looked sad, small, unclean and uninviting.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The Hotel is literally on the Beach. Staff was very friendly and helped me locate the taxi driver that had my phone in his van because I had left it behind. My IPhone was brought to me the next morning. Honest people. The Hotel has surveillance 24/7.
Cons: All of my experience was very nice. Be ready to spend money on food.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The location, right on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Beach chairs always available. Lush gardens. The restaurant Bay Bistro was delicious. Walking distance to downtown and other restaurants close by. Grace Bay Beach has beautiful clear waters and you can take wonderful long walks in either direction. Sibonne is a small charming hotel. We loved the simplicity.
Cons: I wish the in room fridge was larger.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: This hotel will hands down be the best value for your money you'll ever get. It's not a super fancy, high-end resort, but it is a clean and comfortable hotel located right on the beach with an onsite pool and restaurant, ocean views and at an unbelievable price!! Our room had everything we needed, from a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, balcony with furniture, hair dyer, beach towels, etc. I would come here again in a heart beat, and in fact, we met many people who have stayed here several times over.
Cons: Towels and linens are a little worn out, but we made due.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Location is great, close to everything.
Cons: Old and pretty run down. Staff was very unfriendly, they were terse and unhelpful unless you pleaded. There were some basics that were also taken from our room that we reported.

Excellent 8,8
Pros: Loved the view, location of resort, front desk staff was great, pool very clean, accommodations at beach was very relaxing. Loved access to clean towels for pool-beach. Guest experience upon arrival was awesome with a drink and explanation of resort.
Cons: Additional coffee containers, easier dinner reservation process, some staff seemed to be very unhappy (restaurants). Bar could be slow at busy times.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: We enjoyed the jerk chicken hut near the beach, the gym, and the available bikes.
Cons: The size of the beds, the bathroom, the buffet food was just OK, most of the drink felt watered down, there was no notice given the one of the sister restaurants was closed on Mondays-so we went and had another sub-par buffet that we could have had at our hotel AND were charged $50. I’ve stayed at multiple all inclusive resorts in various countries and this was by far the worst experience. Staff were friendly, but the rooms, food, & drinks simply did not meet expectations.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing!
Okay 4,0
Pros: Fish restaurant
Cons: The hotel is small and crowded, under staff which makes the queues long to wait. Facilities are outdated, lack of chairs on the beach. Paying that amount of money is too much for the reality.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Grace Bay Beach is awesome, super clear beautiful water. Best swimming Beach I have been too. Food was Usually very good, If u didn't like something you could always find something else that was good. Free kayaks, SUPs, and Hobie Cats were good.
Cons: The shuttle service from sister resorts did not run often enough especially in the evening during dinner service. The shuttles were very crowded and some people were left behind due to being full and had to wait till next shuttle. Rooms were a bit older
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The beach was beautiful. Had nothing to do with the resort really. That's just the way it is in that area.
Cons: Staff is not friendly at all. Food was terrible. Nothing to do in the evening. Rooms need a lot of work and renovations . While you're sitting by the pool or at the beach, no one is around to bring you a drink or anything. Very disappointed.
Mediocre 2,8
Cons: Worst service, we paid extra for beachfront room and was not given, went to front desk spoke to Jennifer answer given was they are sold out, she has no customer service skill and absolutely rude. They did not solve our issues and room smells like sewage spoke to Ramona about smell she said she will take care of it but when we got to room in the evening nothing was done. There were few staff members who went above and beyond. Same food served everyday, which is disappointing for all inclusive. Will not stay there again. Turks and Caicos Islands is absolutely gorgeous, will go there agin but will stay at different hotel.
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: Pool, except for the constant blaring music from 8 am on.
Cons: No one tells you what’s going on. They are very disorganized. The rooms are absolutely nothing special. However they do have a laundry, which again no one told us before hand. They’re too sister properties are much better than this property. Many children running around unsupervised and yelling and screaming.
Good 6,0
Pros: That we could go to the other two sister resort locations on a free shuttle and that it was all inclusive there as well. We loved The Beach House and wished we could have stayed there instead. Its nice to get to see other resorts for an idea where to stay if we come visit again.
Cons: The rooms and the room location. Our room was not cozy and it was not clean feeling and the layout is weird. Tile throughout the bathroom was broken, the shower linked and water always got on the floor. The kitchen area was odd and not very functional. It felt like a cheap motel 6. Not a tropical vacation resort. Also we were at the far end and our door opened to the parking lot and construction to the place next door. It was just weird and we didn't like it at all. Also the front desk being away and detached was odd. It wasn't convenient to need to go over there and its not a great nice greeting area when you first get there.
Good 7,9
Pros: Phillippa, a manager, was incredible guest-oriented, as was the front-desk staff. The jerk chicken stand was amazing, likewise the smoothie stand with all fresh fruit and everyone loved the constant pizza available. The beach was incredible. Absolutely perfect. Our New Year’s Eve at Alexandra was the best in decades.
Cons: Beds not especially comfortable; difficult to reach staff by phone in the room, pool was too cold
Good 7,5
Pros: The Alexandra resort is in a prime location. The beach is excellent. The property layout is convenient. The rooms were adequate and clean. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Our bathroom had a toilet that ran constantly. The main outdoor toilets were not running well and were frequently clogged. Our room accommodations when we arrived were not what we had booked. We booked 2 rooms with king beds and got 2 rooms with queen beds. They did move us to new rooms but they were both on the 1st floor which was not preferable. Some of the staff was not friendly while others were fantastic. The quality of food has deteriorated from what we had when we stayed there 6 years ago.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: friendly staff, location, food especially breakfast, drinks, soft bed,
Cons: no

Pros: The friendliness of the staff, they were great. Always there to help you. A very clean and comfortable room. They have a little kitchenette area to cook up lite breakfast/lunch. Very close to everything.
Cons: If you want to stay in a romantic setting, this is not it. Otherwise good place for the money.
Good 7,1
Pros: The close access to the beach and the location close to several restaurants.
Cons: Pool was too small and a bit confusing to where it's located.
