Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was top notch!!! Always ready to accommodate all of our needs
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very nice rooms
Cons: No restaurant and far away from center. You need a car
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The ocean front views were breathtaking. The manager was hands on and always asking if there was anything she can do.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything in the room was great. More then expected. Staff was great.
Cons: Stove needs to be serviced. Better photos on website. More photos. Hot tub.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: PEOPLE WAS VERY FRIENDLY WE LOVE IT ! WE WILL BE GO BACK . ALSO THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME ALOTS OF PRIVACY
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The location on Grace Bay was perfect. The view was fantastic
Cons: The ac unit was caked with dust and looked like it hadn’t been serviced in over a year. My entire family got sick.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Everything—Location, staff, property, amenities, the view from my ocean suite balcony- loved it!
Cons: The price point... it is expensive. If the price was a little less; I would be able to stay at this property more often and I would live to be able to do this if it was more affordable for me - - a single woman in a single income.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Love the close walk to beach great staff to help with all water sports
Cons: They need a new playlist! Same music everyday got old. Food just ok!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Excellent proximity to the beach, just a few steps away with a private beach entrance. Nice outdoor tables overlooking the ocean which was excellent for dinner! The staff were exceptional and could not have been nicer. We look forward to visiting again.
Cons: Our room view overlooked a parking lot which sucked, but understandable since the resort was fully booked. Next time we will pay extra and opt for an ocean view.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: It was very clean and all of the staff were friendly and attentive
Cons: The food at the restaurant was just okay. It is located outside of the main Grace Bay. Beach area where most of the restaurants and a round trip taxi to town for two people is $32.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast was great...staff was always very courteous. The beach off the resort was perfect for snorkeling.
Cons: The cabs into town are a killer. They charge by the head and for our family of 5, transpiration was 80-120 a night before we added in the dinner. Wish Windsong provided better transportation options, as the resort is somewhat far away from the action.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Property and room were immaculately maintained. Staff was, for the most part, excellent! Location was perfect and a great value for the money! We will definitely stay here again!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel location was exceptional. Staff was extremely attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommended this hotel to everyone...you will not be disappointed:)
Cons: I didn't like having to leave!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Solo traveler- Staff was very friendly. Good continental breakfast. Very clean rooms with nice updates/ finishes. Good snorkeling at the beach. Had a hospitality suite to use when I checked out and still wanted to enjoy the beach before my flight.
Cons: TV in room couldn't get channels and wi-fi was spotty at times. Could use a little more curb appeal when you arrive at the front.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Food options on site at jojo’s.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Small quiet, some of the guests are owners. Spacious two bedroom. We were there four days so didn’t really have a chance to use the kitchen and dining areas. Service and staff are friendly and helpful. Sailing and paddle boards are included.
Cons: The food was just ok and the pool restaurant for breakfast and lunch and it took a long time.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location. Amazing kids club. Ms. Sharron is the BEST!
Cons: Pretty pricy, but we did travel during the New Year’s Holiday.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: the beach, the staff
Cons: cannot put bill on the room, must pay by credit card. the breakfast restaurant had no sea view. A lot of kids.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff was terrific, beach and pools were great, and our apartment was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beautiful location and facilities. It was really relaxing. Been to multiple Caribbean Islands, I have never seen such blue water! Everything is so clean! The staff was totally laid back and would happily do anything to assist you to make your vacation great.
Cons: There are some restaurants within walking distance (Bay Bistro, Hemingways) but to really see the different areas and try new restaurants, you need to take a taxi and that adds up quick. For example, for the 8 of us, a round trip to a local restaurant 4 miles away (Da Conch Shack) cost us about $250 round trip.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Loved everything about it beach is beautiful. Not crowded. Units have all amenities feels like a home away from home

Good 7,0
Pros: Most of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. There were not many people there and it felt like a little private beach. The beach is beautiful. The rooms are big. Good Ac.
Cons: Some staff was very rude (Friday staff) My husband got food poisoning his first day from eating the steak at Fish Deck. Sometimes slow service. Example it can take up to an hour to get breakfast from the time you order at the restaurant.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was absolutely perfect. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were so pleased with our stay.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great vacation and the staff was wonderful. Excellent meals and beverages were first class.
Cons: There should be a better dress code for dinner. The outfits took away from the excellence of our dinning experience.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff and management were excellent, spoke to several guest there and for the same amount of days they paid only 4750, and we paid 6.633 😩next time I’ll research better, even management said they don’t charge that amount, stated your booking company pulled a fast one,
Cons: Very nice
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I loved so much about this property, the size, the ease, the location, the low key luxury vibe! The room was beautiful, spacious clean! Especially loved the decor and the outside patio with day bed and chairs. The food was very good and the staff were above and beyond friendly, welcoming and accommodating!! We always had clean towels, clean room - and never once saw who was magically making it happen! One of my very favorite things (besides all the above wonderful mentions) was that the beach chairs are marked by the room name (also loved names and no numbers!!) and you always have your chairs ready and waiting!
Cons: I have to dig deep to think of anything...a couple of nights they had live music playing by the pool at dinner - we only caught one singer and she was amazing!! I’d love to hear more live dinner music like her there on other nights, but it wasn’t like we didn’t enjoy the nights without! It’s really hard to find anything to complain about when you are on such a beautiful island with the nicest people - everyone calls you beautiful! What’s better than that?! 😉
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our “go to” TCI spot forever. Not a single complaint. I am always with my antenna up when traveling. This place made it all seamless.
Cons: I got nothing.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: My friend and I had a fabulous stay at West Bay Club. The property is the perfect size - large enough to meet people but small enough to be peaceful and relaxing. There are two restaurants on site with a buffet breakfast, fresh a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner, and a fun BBQ on Fridays. And of course, the beach is gorgeous with pristine water, white sand, and even some snorkeling.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Luxury suite fantastic
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Loved the setting and our suite was wonderful as were the cleaning and beach staff. We had a fantastic vacation; very relaxing and so pretty.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing in quality and we only ate there the first day. Food generally could be of a higher standard at this resort. Front desk were not good at getting back to us on various queries including our request for availability in December.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice property and grounds. Swimming pool needs into lush vegetation. Very clean property throughout all areas and room. Room very spacious and conference even the studios. Safety measures every were . Staff very nice and attentive. Excellent beach.

Cons: Notihing

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Beautiful property very clean
Cons: Only 1 choice for lunch dining which got old fast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful Facility!!! Beach second to none!!! Staff exceptional!!!
Cons: N/A
Good 7,0
Pros: Opps, this should be below.......Staff was generally good, but some were almost rude. Had a problem with getting over billed for ice cream....should have been about $20, billed $55. Took way too Long to resolve...ice cream had melted. Ask to visit with manager, but denied. Got a refund, but felt it was begrudgingly done and they felt that I was wrong, even after showing them the menu and having other staff acknowledge the error. Also, paid for premium view with view...got a view of the towel area with 3 large bins and a lot of noise. Might have been able to change, but already unpacked when we opened the curtains.
Cons: See above
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Very spacious rooms. Never felt crowded on the property.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10,0
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The layout of the resort was great. You didn't have to walk forever to get to the beach or to the restaurants and neighboring resorts were close by enough that you could walk to their restaurants.
Cons: No extended checkout and no heads up on the state of T and C airport which was a mess.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was super friendly and always went above and beyond our expectations. The GM was also the nicest we’ve ever experienced. All together Point Grace made our stay in Turks the best we could imagine. The food was phenomenal as well.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The ocean front location
Cons: The facility was run down, the pool was dirty, the floats were torn, the beach chairs were broken and cheap, the furniture was old and unimpressive
Excellent 8,0
Pros: quiet and relaxing
Cons: service
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Boat Tour Was The Best!!!
Cons: The Staff and People on the Island
Good 6,0
Pros: It was small and adults only. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service came hot and delicious.
Cons: They were understaffed. Beach bar and food service spotty. A 5 star hotel should have waitress service on the beach constantly and not have to search one. Bar is only open 12-6. Seems to be difficult to find a towel in the afternoon. COVID test was supposed to be on site but we had to go to another one of their properties. All little things but they add up.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beautiful property on a great part of Grace Bay Beach. We had a bit of high winds that unfortunately made Grace Bay a lot rougher than normal, so we ended up using some of the beaches on the other side of the island more; but this property is on a normally great stretch of beach; they also let us take their snorkeling gear offsite. The pool/hot-tub area was great, had a small group of folks that seemed to meet at the hot tub each afternoon impromptu, was very fun. The folks at the bar were very attentive and made great drinks.
Cons: Service at breakfast was somewhat disorganized and slow; several of the staff were great and tried to hustle things along, but it was clear they had some newer folks that weren't up to normal service standards (breakfast was really good though). Also, tried to book a kayaking tour through the concierge; she took my info and said she'd handle it for us. I checked in with her that evening only to learn no spot had been booked. She said they had no openings, but she hadn't bothered to let us know so we could look for alternatives; very disappointing.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The beach
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location and facilities.
Cons: Booking.com had error in listing number of beds in my room. So we were short number of beds. Made it little uncomfortable for some of my family.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The place was beautiful and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh and the welcome drinks at the reception was awesome 👌. I would definitely be staying at the Sands on my next trip and will be recommending it to my friends as well.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: i enjoyed the great staff, location & size of the campus. the food was okay. upon arrival they took care of covid test & there was a shuttle.
Cons: there isn’t much i didn’t like. i wish there was more on site food places. there was other options to go to the palms to eat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The service and staff was outstanding!! Friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
Cons: Suggestion - Create Activities at night around the pool area for guest to socialize. More live music for dancing.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Beautiful resort & beach.
Cons: Bed was supposed to be a king & the mattress queen we were given seemed old and bouncy.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The beach is exceptional! And I’m big on turquoise waters
Cons: The room could have been bigger for what we paid
Good 7,9
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room we had was perfectly fine except for fact that if your neighbours spoke loudly you could hear their each and e dry word. The room was one that could be opened / linked to make larger room capacity. However, poor sound proofing between the linked door. This obviously is a serious privacy issue. I did bring it to reception attention and was told it would be raised to manager but no-one came to speak to further on the matter. I don’t think they appreciate that depending on conversation clients could be sharing personal identifiable data.
Okay 5,7
Pros: The beach is amazing!
Cons: This was my wife and I first trip to Turks & Caicos. We will return because the beaches are beautiful but we will choose another resort. The day we arrived it was 4:30pm, local time, and we had made reservations for an Ocean View Suite. The room that was given to us at first was not an Ocean View it was a Garden View. Then the front desk told us they would put us in another room but it would not be ready for a while. When I asked how long, they could not give me any idea on the time frame. So, we had a late lunch at Hemingway’s the resort restaurant. The food okay but their service was horrible. A hour and a half had past and we went back to the front desk to check and see if our room was ready. The front desk could not provide me any answers. The front desk staff was extremely unorganized. The staff had misplaced our paperwork for the room in the hour and a half that we were having lunch and waiting for our room. After 30 minutes of two front desk staff members frantically working to check in additional guest and find our paperwork we finally head to the room. Atthis point it approximately 3 and half hours later. Prior to leaving the front desk my wife ask “does the building have an elevator?” The staff tells us “yes”. Once we arrived at the building where our room is located we learned from the bell man that the elevator is out of order. My wife is still recovering from a broken knee cap and our room is on the 3rd floor. The bell man told us the elevator was supposed to repaired the following day. Well it was not and I had go and speak to the manager the following morning. The manager went to speak to the maintenance team. Here is where the story hits a all time shocker for me!! When the manager returns she walks two feet in front of me and straight into her office and closes the door. She never acknowledged me. The front desk staff went into her office and asked the details. When the front desk clerk returned I was told it would be repaired on Saturday, it is Wednesday morning. Then I am offered another room (this our 3rd room in three days). I take it because it is on the ground floor but no ocean view. This one is a garden view. Then my wife is stuck in the half bathroom because the door handle is broke. She was in there for 10 minutes plus. I mentioned this to management and asked for the difference returned to my card due to the inconvenience and the non-ocean view, that we paid to have. Later that day after housekeeping cleaned our room I found a gift certificate for breakfast for 2 at the resort restaurant. This was an insult. I will end on this the evening staff at the restaurant and the front desk was much friendlier than the day. The bell man we had was awesome as well. It is a shame, this place could be great. The beach is amazing. The Resort needs some attention and the some of the staff needs learn hospitality skills.

Pros: We stayed here prior to our wedding in T&C and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon knowing that we were getting married they sent a bottle of champagne to our room and did everything they could to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom right next to the pool. Hemingways restaurant was also great. Delicious fish and chips. The beach was awesome and never too crowded. We could always find a hut and chairs.
Okay 5,7
Pros: The beach
Cons: There were a lot of cockaroches in the hotel room ! And you can hear people from the room next to you very clearly
Excellent 9,4
Pros: My brother got married on a nearby all inclusive megaplex. That's a) not our style and b) not our budget. The Sands is very comfortable, very friendly, very professional, and down right lovely. My brother said his resort was too much like Disneyland. A 5 minute bike ride to nearby shopping area, we got simple groceries each day, and patronized local businesses. Make sure your trip includes a Thursday pm so you can go to the Fish Fry and hang with the locals. Highly highly highly recommend the conch chowder and pork stew (2 different things) at nearby grocery. Bikes were great! Rode all over the place.
Cons: The resort was fantastic. We loved picking staff for local places to go. TCI, in general, food is expensive (alas we still saved baucoup $$ on this resort). Saw some nasty American tourists. Don't be like them. You're on vacay. Relax for God's sakes.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: Water Sports Equipment included in the cost of the room. Our room had a sitting area, kitchenette which were excellent bonuses. Pool steps from our door. Plenty of shade to ovoid long periods in direct sunlight.
Cons: If I mentioned anything, it would only be picky. Nothing to not like.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: The room has everything for you. Small kitchen , patio and even washer and dryer.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: Quiet w/variety of age groups. Beautiful beach. Great water. Conch dive was fun. Nor as expensive as I thought it was gonna be. Are out for dinner in at other meals.
Cons: Snorkel is far better at Cozumel. At least where they took us. Beach and pool service not great if you are wanting to drink a lot. Plenty if chairs. Umbrellas. Chk your bill one girl at the restaraunt tried to dbl. chrg us. I had a feeling as there was a mess up and they fixed it without probl. The guys were better and more friendly than the women.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location, location, location.... it is situated on a relatively quiet section of gorgeous Grace Bay Beach. Since there is not a developed property on either side of the resort it doesn't feel crowded and it feels isolated in a good way. The palapas and beach staff are wonderful. The hobie cats and water boards are included and easily accessible. Our studio had a small kitchenette, which was nice. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Our second floor room had a view of the ocean, which was beautiful. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and very helpful. Hemingways restaurant was very convenient as it was right on the edge of the beach. You could sit in the sun on the deck or under a covered area. The food was always delicious so we had breakfast daily and even ordered lunch on the beach. There were two weddings over the weekend but the guests never took over the resort. The pool closest to the beach was lovely and a nice spot to sit at the end of the day. Overall, we thought it was terrific and had a lovely visit. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would come again with our children on another visit. Great spot for a couple to get away.

Pros: High quality food and extra helpful staff. Great entertainment.
Cons: Spa in French Village was a nightmare. Booking was late, wanted us to walk to another spa in our robes. Asked if we could take a later booking said no. Made us wait later anyways. Will not go back. Airport security took 3 hours. Very stressful.
Poor 1,0
Pros: The beach is amazing all over the island. You will find way better resorts though than this horendous resort.
Cons: Food is disgusting. Facilities are more a camping site style than a 5☆ resort. Room was very poor quality for a 5☆. Very noisy all over the resort. It s not a place to go if you don't have kids and if you expect quality and class then don't even think going to this resort it s a nightmare.
Good 6,0
Pros: Welcome was pleasant. Food was good. Pools were beautiful. Room was nice. Water activity personnel were helpful. Cleon Lewis was very helpful and I enjoyed learning how to SCUBA dive.
Cons: My biggest complaint was the visible unhappiness of the personnel. We were rarely greeted with a smile the entire week and many of the individuals were inattentive and practically ignored us until we said something. I visited 7 years ago and our visit was a world of difference. What happened? Info at check in about the resort was not helpful at all. Dinner reservations were managed poorly and we were given misinformation 3 times and the restaurant lost our reservation the 1st night making us wait over 1.5 hrs. Due to the rain, pool towels were not available a few days until late. The variety of excursions were limited. I commend the use of paper straws which really helps to keep the beach and area clean, however I was disappointed with the number of water bottles the resort goes through. I would strongly suggest a water purification system and personal water bottles for visitors that they could reuse. We enjoyed these when we stayed in a clean and Environmentally friendly resort in Belize.
Good 7,5
Pros: The resort was ok and the food was excellent
Cons: The rooms not that clean and over price
Good 7,5
Pros: Caribbean side room were very tired and small for a family of 4 , was not worth $1000 a night Also room we booked was not ready until the next day after 3pm so we had to chase around sorting it out and could not settle in.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: I really liked the property. I liked the water sports, beach, pools, food, bars.
Cons: Very expensive rooms. Not enough bang for your buck in reference to the rooms in the Italian Village.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The property was well-maintained
Cons: The food here is not good. If you’re coming with young kids then yes this is probably the best place and only place to stay to keep them active and busy. However if your children are 14 and over and you want to explore the beautiful island and visit various beaches then I would recommend that you stay elsewhere and do outside excursion activities. Then you will learn more about the island and the culture the people there share
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Breakfast was excelent!
Cons: Bedrooms in the Caribbean area are a bit rundown. I had my sons' trunk bed collapsed and fixed day-after. Need renovation
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Excellent food with healthy food options and a beautifully maintained property!
Good 7,6
Pros: the vast number of different things to do for the children such as water slides for the kids, xbox, drop off camp, ice cream/ cotton candy, arts and crafts, ping pong tables etc... the food was better than i expected at an all inclusive. 16 different restaurants to choose from, from beach side to restaurant setting. Unlimited drinks were very nice. i was very pleased with the whole place.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my rooms. When first arrived they said Kayak (where i booked) did not let them know i booked a luxury king walkout and instead put me in a room that was two double beds. I had to show proof and was then put into the correct room the next night. the beds were hard as a rock -that needs to be changed. Pillows were too soft, i found a roach in my room and my room was so humid cus my a/c wasnt working. housekeeping was quick to fix my a/c and sprayed my room with bug spray. because its access to the outside, there were many mosquitos which kept me awake most of the night.

Pros: The staff and our room were very nice. Everything was very clean
Cons: Couldn’t see the water from our balcony
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The hotel and restaurant it’s very nice. The table it’s on the beach in the night. It’s very romantics with candles on the table
Cons: The mattress it’s old
Good 6,0
Pros: Perfect location, with a beach access. Rooms are clean with private balcony on the second floor. I will definitely return to Sibonne Hotel.
Cons: Shower a bit outdated
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The beach in front of the property is beautiful
Cons: The staff courtesy is not constant especially at the bar / bistro. They are very courteous in the evening when their boss is there. For lunch / breakfast they are sometimes rude, make you wait 20 minutes to take your order even if you are the only customer
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The Sibonne is awesome! We stayed in a garden view room which was massive (and clean!), had a large comfy king bed and was quiet. The wifi worked well in the room and out on the beach loungers. The location is spectacular, right on the beach, think amazing sunsets with a pina colada in your hand! The Bay Bistro restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was delicious - considerably better than we were expecting - the tenderloin and surf and turf were highlights! Room had a microwave and fridge too, plus the housekeeping service were great also.
Cons: The main negative I had was that the aircon is old so it's pretty noisy at night, as was the ceiling fan. With no aircon/fan on, the room was too hot, so we settled for noisy and cool (with earplugs!). More modern aircons have the silent setting, which would have been appreciated. It wasn't so noisy we couldn't sleep, just a lot more noisier than we like. Also, some of the front desk people could be a bit friendlier/more welcoming.

Pros: Jan was very nice, always available and accommodating. I loved our room. It was perfect for us since I cook every day. The washing machine set up was perfect too. No pool on premises, but we used the one at the sister resort, which is five minutes away. Loved the beach set up -- umbrella, table, chairs and very attentive butlers offering you cold towels and cold water frequently. Breakfast every day was perfect. They bring it right to your room at whatever time you arrange.
Cons: I'm not sure how after hours works. I called twice and got no response. Luckily, neither was an emergency. The lighting was too dim for me.
Good 6,3
Pros: Bed was comfy.
Cons: The location was pretty bad. Not walkable, at all.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Room was nice. Location from airport The had a shuttle to pool and beach
Cons: No eating facilities on site No pool or beach on site
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought this place might be too good to be true, but I am so beyond happy that we decided to stay at One On Marlin during our trip to Turks and Caicos. Even prior to our arrival, we received a call from Chris, the Butelier, offering shuttle service from the airport. We had already rented a car (definitely recommend it!) and so he promptly sent over directions to the hotel instead. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered a drink. We were then shown the room which was everything we could have hoped for with a kitchenette, full bathroom and TONS of storage. Each day we would come home to fresh towels for showering and for the beach. The rooms also come with a cooler and chairs for the beach. There is a light breakfast served each morning with a member of the staff present to help you select your activities for the day or to offer advice on restaurants/places to visit. Every place Chris recommended we visit was excellent! We cannot wait to return to One On Marlin for our next visit. We would highly recommend!
Cons: Random but the door to the bathroom was only effective in hiding the person using the bathroom from your eyes, not your ears.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: This property is so cozy and private! I don’t like the larger resorts because of the lack of intimacy. Here, however, the property is beautifully maintained and unique. You feel like you live on the island like a local!
Cons: These units have kitchens which are great for longer stays. I do wish they had some of the basics handy (like salt and pepper) since it doesn’t make sense to buy that for a week.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Down town location walk to anything
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property is in a perfect location. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach & all the restaurants, shops, & grocery store are all in proximity of this property. The property is apartment style & you’re able to cook meals as well if needed. There’s a pool area as well & the whole property is quiet & peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit TCI.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The apartment was very comfortable with a comfy king sized bed, a full kitchen, and plenty of space. The pool is also lovely and the property is clean and well manicured. The location can’t be beat: just a few minutes walk to the beach with reserved beach chairs and umbrellas ready to use. All in all, this place was a dream and we will happily return.
Cons: Nothing! It’s perfect.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is a 5 min walk to the beach (not right on the beach but close enough), the accommodations were lovely (the kitchen was great!), and the location can not be beaten. It is right next to luxury hotels that are $500-$1,000 per night. This place was well worth the price. Ariel was very helpful and welcoming.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a little thing of detergent for the washer.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything about this place was great - location is close to the beach and all restaurants, shops, bars you'd want to check out. The innkeeper, Ariel, is an amazing host and really gets things done in terms of maintaining the rooms and booking excursions. The inn rooms are spacious and I will definitely return. Overall great stay, highly recommend.
Cons: shower not enough pressure, oh well

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Price. Location. Amenities. Sister resort access.
Cons: Staff was not very helpful. No great service. Always felt like we were bothering them when asking for food or drinks.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beach was great and the front desk was very helpful, Adrian moved our room from the first fl. to the second on the second day because we had no view of the beach from first fl. unit even though we paid for oceanfront. Also Dlow the bellhop was great and very polite. The housekeeper was great also
Cons: We had to wait a minimum of 45 min. to 1 1/2 hr just to get a menu in the restaurants. This was the worst all inclusive we have ever been to. It seemed like the staff were working 3 restaurants at the same time and didn't do a good job at any of them. The food and service for food were very bad. It doesn't seem like they know how to run an all inclusive.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The beach was gorgeous - probably the best beach in any resort I have ever stayed. They have a bar on the beach, which is awesome. In terms of the complains about service here, the service I got was exactly what you expect in the Caribbean. The way people wrote it seemed terrible but it was not.
Cons: The food options are meh. I understand it is a resort and there is just so much you can do. Some of the beach towels I got where dirty, so I wonder if they are rewashing them every use and how.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Activities, food and beach and water were great.
Cons: Forty, beach attendant, was rude and disrespectful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was beautiful. The location is perfect & everyone there is so nice, we had a great time.
Cons: Nothing, it was a great time.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The food and resort variety was great
Mediocre 2,8
Cons: Worst service, we paid extra for beachfront room and was not given, went to front desk spoke to Jennifer answer given was they are sold out, she has no customer service skill and absolutely rude. They did not solve our issues and room smells like sewage spoke to Ramona about smell she said she will take care of it but when we got to room in the evening nothing was done. There were few staff members who went above and beyond. Same food served everyday, which is disappointing for all inclusive. Will not stay there again. Turks and Caicos Islands is absolutely gorgeous, will go there agin but will stay at different hotel.
Excellent 9,7
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Wesley (who works at the restaurant and is the sailing instructor) and Tina (the security guard ) and others really went out of their way to make sure anything I needed was provided and that my stay there was excellent. The staff is amazing!
Good 6,2
Pros: Beautiful pool area, beautiful beach and water. Close to town for biking.
Cons: Too many people valentines weekend and too many children. We had to leave on Wednesday and noticed all the familys and children left too and we might have enjoyed more adult time and not as many umbrellas on the beach after Wednesday if we had been able to stay the whole week.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Food was excellent- never had a bad meal. Great beach with good lounge chair available. Staff was excellent Provides dinner on the beach if you prefer They make great exotic drinks Room cleaned every day early or later if requested
Cons: Studio room was smaller than expected for the money Needed more entertainment for the evenings on property Taxi service was expensive- charged by the person
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The Mango reef that is on the resort had great food. The stay was awesome for our anniversary and honeymoon.
