No hot water at the evening and extremely hot rooms with no means of bringing the temperature down.

Cosy little hotel. Secure parking. Great breakfast. Nice terrace. ATM and tickets for public transpot available. Subway and tram station just 1 minute away.

The recepcionist was really flexible (my roomate did not have ID or passport only driving license) and overall the employees of the hotel were kind, helpful and polite. The garden was cute and cozy. Great variety of foods for breakfast (tho the coffe was just okay). The room was small (but for the price it was totally fine), clean, nothing extra; for just spending one night totally perfect. I can recommend If someone needs a bed for one or few days, with small amount of luggages. The metro and tram was really close (~200m) also a smaller mall with every kind of shops you need to fulfill your daily needs.
There was no window in the bathroom, and the air was very humid after using the shower.
