Soap shampoo is not there
Not as bad as I read from some reviews. There are some nice restaurants / cafe around. Gave me a twin room, even tho I had asked for one bed. Wi-Fi was ok. Bed I slept wasn't unconfertable, but the blankets were bit thin (I mean for a hot summer its okay, but it was more chilly at the time I have visted prague), so it was a bit cold for me to sleep.
I don't think I have have to complain except that the tv didn't work for me (which is not a huge issue since I don't speak czech anyway), and the fridge was starting to leak. Only handsoap, so provide shampoo / badgel if you plan to stay here. I mostly took baths, because it was impossible to shower at my room.
No body could speak english at the hotel, nor in Prague, it’s a big shame for a country in Eu. When we booked, we read many facilities like E kettle, but there wasn’t . Even there was one glass instead two, they knew that the room was booked for two person. I can write a book about a hotel it should receive just one star.
The staff were quite friendly and helped us alot being that it was our first time in The City of Prague. Will Revisit for sure.
