Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many reviews highlight the convenience of being close to restaurants, cafes, and city attractions. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues such as unpleasant bathroom odors, insects, and insufficient cleaning. Noise is a recurring problem, especially for rooms near the reception or facing the street, which affects guests' ability to rest. Room size receives mixed feedback, with some finding rooms spacious and others describing them as small or lacking storage. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise control.
