Cons:
Staff is rude and standoffish. They make you wait for over 1.5hrs to pick up a car you have a confirmation on and constantly try to upsell. Do not rent from here. They put the Hertz name to shame.6,0 Okay

Horrible wait times to pickup car even with reservation. No information on wait times or why the wait was so long. Nothing done to address the wait or the people waiting in 39 degree Celsius weather because there was no room inside. Attendant told us there was gas near the drop-off which was completely wrong.3,6 Poor

I had to wait an hour for my already short rental because I wasn't directly a Hertz customer, then I wasn't informed anywhere that they charge commission for the pre-paid gas so a €70 rental cost me €115, and another €100 rental after that cost me €177. Didn't find out until the second time because I wasn't even given a proper check out service at the end of the first. Disgusting, will never use them again.10,0 Wonderful

Only in this rental car company my driver's license was inappropriate. To use car without documents I was asked for additional fee and this's really weird. Beware of this company in Milan.MAGGIORE
