PROS: This is a secure, clean and well serviced hotel.CONS: Power outages are frustrating, maybe beyond the hotel control. Another coffee machine so that when all the social workers line up for their morning coffee, there is an another option. The breakfast order of eggs got mixed up two times out of five.

PROS: Every time we stepped out of our room, there was someone there to help us... I asked for some extra towels, and felt terrible, as the woman RAN down the hall...even though I insisted there was NO hurry!!! The pool was lovely. The room was comfortable and spotless. The staff was kind and answered all our questions. They arranged a taxi to the nature park, and our shuttles to the airport were great!CONS: We only had one robe... The bathroom had NO door? They said it was meant to be that way... and offered to bring us a screen...we declined, but it was a bit odd.
