I have contacted this property on numerous occasions fir a refund on a trip that never happened although being promised this refund it still hasn’t materialised . I will certainly remember these hotels as a place nit to stay in the future . The customer service is shocking with no one getting in touch with me regarding this stay
Answered the emails, phone ?
Clean and comfortable rooms with a good sized bar and lounge area. Food and drink were not the cheapest however, were on a par with other hotels in the area and food quality was reasonable. Due to Covid 19 restrictions our breakfast was served in our room. It was disappointing as it was served on side plates and very small portions. Staff were friendly, particularly the girl working in the bar. Leisure suite consisting of swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room were located in a separate building near the entrance to the main driveway. Steam room was out of order and lockers in changing rooms didn’t lock, however pool, sauna and gym were fine. Two bottles of water were provided in the room and there were also tea/coffee making facilities. In terms of location, the views were truly breathtaking
We paid extra for an executive room as it was our wedding anniversary, however some elements of the rooms were in a state of disrepair - eg shaving mirror stand missing the mirror, controls on wall in bathroom broken.
Friendly staff, good food and dog got breakfast in morning.
Noisey, disturbing rooms at night, noise travels from all directions especially when it's supposed to be quiet durinģ the night
The gym is small
