Pros (+) On the plus side, the price was the lowest in Pigeon Forge. It was clean, and the temperature was fine. Had hot water the first of our three day stay.
Cons (-) Place is in severe need of an upgrade, as everything is falling apart. The card key didn't work and I needed assistance. The main light did not work, and although I was told it would be fixed the next day, it hadn't been when I left two days later. The tub faucet was so loose that it almost came off in my hand. Shower was tepid at best on days 2 and 3.
