Everything perfect! Foods, rooms, ambiance. Stunning! Will definitely choose this hotel each and everytime I come to Phuket! Location is wise and nearby everything.
Convienes location, everything was so close. Shops, markets, food, beach, mall, and other locations were no more then 30min away
Location was walking distance to everything. Staff are just beautiful. Food is delicious at a really good price. Amazing views from our room. Rooms were super clean!
The bed was very hard. Didn't enjoy happy hour by the pool everyday. The music was incredibly loud. So loud we could here it 14 floors up! The man doing the music rarely played a song through. Music must have been on his phone so whenever a notification came through you heard it over the speaker. He kept talking on the microphone frequently intetupting during songs. We avoided the pool at this time of day.
The location is good.
Bad smell in the lobby and inside the room. The breakfast is not varied.
The hotel is a bit dated compared to the pictures online. Travelling as a family they provide some frustrating access issues. Main example is that the restaurant for breakfast is on the 2nd floor but the elevator doesn't go there so leaving me carrying my son up multiple flights of stairs. We saw a number of people with mobility issues affected by this during our stay there very poor design. The breakfast options were also very limiting as they are mainly trying to appeal to Chinese and Indian customers.
