Most guests praised the hotel’s excellent central location, making it convenient for nightlife, shopping, and the beach. The staff received positive feedback for being friendly and helpful, with several guests noting exceptional service from housekeeping and reception. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with reports of dirty rooms, mold, and pests. The pool was frequently criticized for being dirty or inaccessible, and some guests experienced problems with air conditioning, elevators, and amenities. Despite these drawbacks, comfortable beds and quiet rooms were mentioned as positives by a few reviewers.
